DO NOT call LCS unless you’re looking for A+ service, reasonable prices and guys who show up on time! 😎Seriously, we used a popular local company for 10 years + who couldn’t fit me in for almost a week w/our AC completely out. After yesterday LCS will be my first phone call next time!

Our AC unit was acting up as temps approached 100 in late July. I Googled various companies and chose to call with a lesser known company with good reviews on hopes of faster service. I called at 10am on a Wednesday hoping someone could come out by Friday. Three guys showed at 2:30pm the same day, diagnosed, and gave my wife options and then me over the phone. It was a better option to replace the unit. One raced to Hot Springs to get a unit before the place closed. He returned and they had the units changed out and cold air blowing by 6 pm. Brandon and the crew were eager for our business and worked hard to get us up and running. On top of that, their quote was a complete price. Their price was competitive to say the least. We anticipate purchasing a service contract with them this fall- also well-priced.

These guys (Brandon and Grant) came out at the end of their already long day to fix my AC unit. I got a quote for a new system that was THOUSANDS less expensive than competitors - and yes, they were using quality equipment. They were professional, efficient, and did fantastic work. HIGHLY recommend!

Top notch, quality work at a fair price. Needed a replacement AC unit, called Brandon and Grant at 8am. By 930am, 3 man crew and the two owners were at my home with new unit in trailer. Worked in oppressive heat and less than 3 hours later, job was completed, testing done, and unit blowing cold air. Impressive, honest young men - very rare that young men like these doing this kind of quality work can be found in today's world! We will be lifelong customers. Referring all my family and friends with no hesitation.

This company deserves more than a five star rating!! They were very professional, knowledgeable, kind, & reasonably priced. We called three companies and they were the only ones that were willing to help us without pushing us to replace our whole a/c unit. I highly recommend them. We can't thank them enough for getting our A/C working so quickly!

My ac went out on Monday, I called LCS on Tuesday and scheduled for them to come out on Wednesday. I'm a single mom and with inflation at all time high, I don't have extra money laying around. I was quoted an $85 service fee which I had to borrow from a friend. Brandon came out, checked the unit, found a part that needed replaced and fixed it. Then found that the blower motor wasn't working and gave me a quote to fix it. But because I didn't have the money to fix it, he told me he would help figure out a way to fix it. A few hours later I get a call telling me that they were going to fix my unit for no charge! Plus they never charged me for the service call! God is good and has used this company to bless those less fortunate. And I know God will bless them in return. Thank you LCS!

Brandon and Team were recommended for our new house in Malvern. They were prompt in coming to service our system and being trustworthy with leaving a key for their work. They were so capable with taking care of additional items, including expertly moving a floor vent and even directing a new crawl space door and placing. Before contacting any of the big name companies for your hvac needs, I highly recommend giving Brandon a call. Not only was he knowledgeable and experienced, he also genuinely cared about getting my family's heat back up and running. After being told there was nothing they could do by other local companies, Brandon came out..within minutes of him arriving i was assured he could fix it...Next Day...HEAT!! So if you want someone you can trust to do the job right at a fair and honest price, Brandon is the guy to call. Can't even thank this guy enough. Will always be my first call for any hvac.
