I’d have to say that our recent shopping experience was, without a doubt, truly exceptional. Never before have we worked with such a talented, pleasant design/sales professional. We bought a new apartment that needed completely new furniture for the living/dining space. Our intention was to go slowly and not get everything at once. Lazzoni was our first stop and we had no intention of buying anything, until we were greeted by Burhan. We briefly explained what we were looking for and gave him some ideas. That night we received our first renderings and I was blown away. He created a complete design for our entire space! It was so beautiful, we couldn’t resist and after a few visits, we purchased it all. Not only because of the beautiful furniture, but because of Burhan. He has impressive technical skill, and is very responsive, patient, kind, and always professional. If it wasn’t for him, we probably would not have bought anything. I will forever shout his praises for his talent and skill, as well as the beautiful furniture at Lazzoni!

We stumbled into Lazzoni in Chelsea this summer on our hunt for a sofa, not really expecting to find something that works equally well for me and my husband. Much to our surprise, we both liked the Gola. It’s a very firm sofa with a low profile, modern looking but not too contemporary. Burhan Gulbay helped us with the sofa design (we needed a square “L” due to space limitations) and fabric choices. The sofa was delivered yesterday and it exceeds our expectations. Delivery was professional and seamless. If you’re looking for furniture, I highly recommend Lazzoni.

I ordered furniture from Litzoni for one of our houses and had a really great experience. The customer service was excellent, they were responsive, professional, and the delivery came exactly as promised. We recently purchased a couch and entertainment unit from Lazzoni (Chelsea) and couldn’t be happier with the result. From the very beginning, our project manager, Burhan, impressed us with his patience, kindness, and thoughtful guidance - he helped us make the right choices for our home without pushing us. The installation went seemingly with a kind and respectful team. There seemed to be a small issue with one of the pieces, and the team sent someone very quickly, and it turned out not to be an issue at all. Burhan’s quick response however reinforced our confidence in both the product and the service that Lazzoni offers. Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience, are loving our furniture, and are hoping to source more pieces in the future.

My husband and I wondered in on a whim on our way to another furniture store, and ended up purchasing our living room set that day. We were greeted so warmly and had incredible service, without feeling pressured to buy anything. We worked with Gift, who was patient and professional throughout the design process. She is also incredibly talented and helped us pick fabrics and colors that are perfect in our space. I discovered Lazzoni for the first time as I walked down west 18th Street in New York City. My husband and I were in the process of sorting out a purveyor of furniture reminiscing Northern European Mid Century. Lazzoni’s surfaces combining iron wood, glass, and ceramic finishes promised durability as well as a well tailored upholstery. Their line is as impeccable as I had envisioned. Their imported products are high quality produced in one of the most beautiful areas of Ankara. Reviews seemed written by predominant long term customers very loyal to the brand’s reputation. As a visual artist my purpose was to recreate a supporting atmosphere for my art and Lazzoni lent itself like a glove. Furthermore, the staff’s personal attention was enthusiastic, intelligent, and honest. What more can one expect when decorating a new home?

An amazing experience from start to finish. We worked with Azad Gun, who was amazing. He helped us work through our vision for the bed, especially because there were fabrics involved. Oh, and make sure you get the Turkish coffee and sweets while selecting options!! 🙂 Delivery was within the time promised; the delivery/installation team was excellent. We did a lot of research on the various stores offering similar products (in our price range) and Lazzoni was the one we chose. Best choice ever!!
