If I can give more stars I would. Exceptional service!!! I can't thank the team enough for the level of care they gave to the work. I had a very bad situation with a hard drive that contained extremely important data. I tried others who couldn't help, or managed to help in a very small way, I was told "nothing more will be recovered". When contacting Lazarus they gave me all the information clearly, my hard drive was collected quickly and I was given regular updates. I can't believe they actually got me ALL the data back which I really didn't expect because of the level of damage on the hard drive. My data was return in a new hard drive, password protected incase anything goes wrong with delivery all my data is protected. The level of care and attention to detail is incredible. I would never like to lose data again but if ever it happens I know where to go. I am SO glad I didn't go with currys, honestly they wouldn't have offered such a wonderful service. They don't even offer no payment if they don't get the data. Lazarus does!! Worth every penny I paid, thank you!!

My phone randomly bricked and for some unknown reason I had not backed up my pictures for three years! As such, I had lost all the pictures of I had taken since the birth of my youngest child. Lazarus managed to recover everything on my phone. I would highly recommend this company. Their customer service was excellent and John was very helpful, nice, understanding and put my mind at ease about how they treat data. My phone was also returned promptly after recovery and packaged well, along with a password protected USB with all of my files on. Definitely worth the money and I am glad I found Lazarus

What an amazing team of IT Engineers and Data Recovery Specialists! My phone died, litteraly nothing, not backed up and a lot of important documentation had been lost... or so I thought!... had a search on Google for "Forensic Data Recovery" and Lazarus Data Recovery pulled through in the many results so I contacted them. After an email and a telephone conversation the phone was duly sent off, assessed and then the news that there was a possibility that the Data could be recovered we proceeded with the recovery ... I was kept informed every step of the way. Everything that I though was lost was recovered at a very very reasonable cost. I would recommend Lazarus Data Recovery in a heart beat to anyone who has had the same issue as I did they are that good!

I was looking for a data recovery team after a problem with my tablet. Following the recent death of an external hard drive containing thousands of precious files, I looked up data recovery. I even physically took my drive to the office of a recovery business that has many five-star reviews and a high Google ranking. Then they gave me the price for the recovery work. Ouch. I managed to bargain this down a little but was still facing an enormous outlay for a partial recovery. While looking at alternatives, another generalist computer repair service kindly recommended Lazarus to me. I looked on their website, I saw the fixed prices, I rang John. Within a week I had ALL my data delivered back to me on a new drive, having received frequent updates from John and Laura at Lazarus in-between. All of this, including carriage, a new drive and VAT cost me less than what I could have paid for a partial recovery. Everything was super smooth, transparent, professional and friendly from start to finish. I came to the guys at Lazarus (I had been dealing with John) with a phone that was completely knackered, I mean the screen on both sides (samsung z flip) and the back glass cover were smashed, the screen had even come off its housing, I genuinely contacted Lazarus thinking its a long shot but a shot worth taking to recover years of memories particularly pictures of my first born. I was shocked when a few weeks later John sent me a picture of the phone with screen intact and everything put back together and the phone fully working - my memories were back and I was able to recover everything. If you're hesitant about going with Lazarus, dont be, just do it. I did my research and spoke to several companies prior, these guys were priced very competitively but more importantly when speaking to them it becomes very apparent that they know what they're talking about. John stayed in touch with me from start to finish, I knew what was going on throughout the process - HIGHLY recommend - thankyou Lazarus and John!

Thanks to John and the team, who recovered 15 years of family photos that were on my Seagate external hard drive that just decided to stop working one day. Disk recovery is never "cheap" but Lazarus were reasonably-priced, transparent and upfront about the costs and outcomes, and were good honest people to do business with. 100% recommended.
