This Seagate 1Tb 3.5" Drive had suffered a failure on head 0 so this was initially turned off and we cloned from surface 1 only. Then we found an exact replica and use the good heads as donor parts, changing them in the clean lab. This allowed us access to surface 0, which was cloned. Both clones were recovered on our rigs, giving the customer a full data recovery of his work and home data.
