I recently had ny headlights restored, first off let me say the customer services is top notch. I was given a ride home so I didn’t have to wait at the shop. The headlights look like they were brand new once they were finished, they did a fantastic job and once completed I was picked up and brought back to the shop. They also quickly washed my vehicle . Don’t hesitate to have work done at this shop, they were awesome.

Great work from a great team. I received my estimate next business day; followed by a quick turnaround getting my car road worthy. Definitely recommend!

I had called and asked if they can do the work I needed. They said yeah. When I had my car towed there, they told me they were slammed and couldn't take a new customer at that time. Apparently there was a bit of miscommunication somewhere, but it happens. This was before Christmas, about Dec 17th. They said they couldn't get to it until the 5th of January. Luckily, I was going out of town anyway, so I left my car with them. They diagnosed (CV joints), did the work, and I was able to pick my car up on the 7th. I had some major issues a month later and took it back to them. The news wasn't good but Parker was great about it. Highly recommend.

These guys really did a great with my Tiguan! Had some gnarly issues with it that 3 other shops couldn't figure out. These guys handled it well and checked in with me about every step of the way with any updates they had and made sure I was on board. I was able to get a good value for it and trade it in! Big shout out to Keith and the guys here!

Wife was driving my 1997 Explorer. She cracked the passenger light housing. They were a little yellow anyway. First time in, and I wanted to find someone who would do a good job and be careful with the lights as I had bought the replacement housings. Ended up doing the rear too. Non LED lights, as I hadn't bought new bulbs to change over. They look awesome at night. The headlights are the only LED. New housings, and headlights, and labor, under 600$. Also had my own pickup headlights done. They were old and got condensation in them, and were yellowed. I had already had them cleaned one time. Replaced old headlight assemblies and converted to LED lights. Very happy with the service and results.

They treated better than any other auto shop I’ve been too. Parker was awesome to work with. They also did a great job for a good price, with no upselling nonsense. 10/10 I’ll go again

I called Layton Carcare Autobody & Automotive Repair after my car had been sitting at another shop in Clinton for almost 3 weeks, and I hadn't received any feedback or calls regarding the status of my car that entire time. I called Layton Carcare and Parker Hansen answered the phone right away and was able to get me in that same day. I picked up my car from that other shop and took it straight to Layton Carcare. Parker called me within a couple hours and already had the issue diagnosed and walked me through all that needed to be done. He explained everything in detail, told me the prices of the parts I needed, and what the necessary cost would be for labor. Parker was completely transparent and down to earth with me, I felt like I was talking to a friend I had know for years based on how well we got along. Parker and his team had my car fixed the day after I took it there. Parker even took the time to walk out to my car to explain and show what the mechanics did and also what other things I could do on my own to help keep my car running smoothly. I was very impressed with the timeliness, professionalism, honesty, and true care for customers that was displayed. Thank you Parker Hansen and the Layton Carcare team for taking great care of me! Horrible customer service. Told me to.bring my truck in all parts were there. 2 weeks later finally got my tailgate cap. Lied about work done. Told me my tailgate did not have soft open which I did. 2024 ram 2500 big horn edition. Tailgate sits wierd 1/4" off on driver side. My suggestion is these people charge insurance companies and skimp on all the work, order aftermarket stuff and lie to you about their work. Total scammers. Go anywhere but here. Customer service is non existent. Called corporate office, got the store manager who lied and couldn't answer simple question about how his mechanic lied to me.

Amazing company to work with. They have always gone the extra mile to take care of me. They are honest and transparent. If your looking for a great shop that truly cares you’ve found it.
