I wen in really nervous for my surgery and walked out a few months later feeling like a new person. Dr Lawton is very straight to the pont biut he explained everything and listened when I told him what I wanted. The staff ltook good care of me through the whole process and even after surgery they kept checking on how I was doing. My results look natural and better than I hoped and if I ever need more work I would definetely go back.

Just recently had a breast augmentation with Dr. Lawton. From the begining, he was very helpful and patient with me. Very professional. Im very pleased with my results thus far. The whole experience between him and his staff was a top drawer experience. I cant recommend enough. If you're hesitant. Dont worry. They're patient and cater to cowards, like myself. His demenor will definalty make you feel at ease. Making it quite the pleasant process. Very aboveboard staff. 🖤

Had breast augmentation feb 2024. Dr Lawton is caring and an excellent surgeon. Cannot see scars under my armpits. Great results at age 52. I love his Instagram reels too! He is no nonsense and also hilarious!

Dr Lawton is a fabulous practice surgeon. He has been with me throughout this journey and my breast revision. He has taken care of me in the utmost way. His decisions are logical practical and are for my benefit. I have to say going on my fourth revision with Dr Lawton he has stayed the course even though it has been difficult to get the revision to a place where I am comfortable happy and pain-free. His knowledge and expertise in Breast revision garners him as one of the top plastic surgeons in the field of breast augmentation and revision. Okay guys the big review! I definitely wanted to leave a review and give credit where it’s due. Dr.Lawton and the Office of Lawton was truly the best decision I ever made. I had been researching Lawton for 1 year since my hair dresser went to him for her breast augmentation. Once I was ready to make my decision I scheduled the consultation, took a day to think it over and bam scheduled surgery 2 weeks from my consult. I didn’t shop around and I didn’t think about it to hard as this is something I had been wanting to do for awhile now. I choose Dr. Lawton because he is experienced and specialized in breast augmentation and as a nurse I want the best for myself. I also like how intelligent and educated he is, and I like how he approaches the methods and is all about preventing infection and complications that sold me! He has done so much research on what is effective and safe for the body. He puts your health first before anything. This surgeon knows what he doing and is confident in what he does. I love him honestly and will recommend him to anyone I care about. He has the science and evidence base practice to back up his methods. I prefer to have an axillary incision as I don’t want my breast being cut up unless needed. I like that he goes under the muscle as this makes so much sense. My surgery went fabulous, I felt comfortable, the staff reassured me I would be okay and I trusted them. I’m so happy with my results and I am 8 days post op and feeling great. This is a lifetime relationship I have built and hope to have him as my surgeon in the future. You pay for what u get and it was worth it! Thank you Dr.Lawton and the team for making this an absolute (happy/unforgettable) experience for me as a first timer.

Dr Gary Lawton, in my opinion, is the best doctor in Texas. He gave me back my self confidence after a terrible accident. He did not stop there, he went above all to look further into my CT & notices a mass on my adrenal gland. If not for him, I most likely would not be here today talking about my life challenges experience. 2 surgeries one for the mass & 6 weeks later another successful surgery on my breast. I just want to start out with Dr.. Lawton is a rockstar! I run several business in the area and had my 3rd breast augmentation done about 4 years ago due to a car accident rupturing one of my breasts. I went to a local well known doctor here referred to as Dr. J and he absolutely butchered me. He created a dip in my breast by making another incision instead of going through my old one and my breast never truly dropped. I was extremely self conscious and ashamed or f the way I looked. My husband had been doing research to try and find doctors that had good reviews on both yelp and google. After seeing two other surgeons I have to say Dr Lawton was the one that made me feel most comfortable. My breasts not only look amazing but his staff and himself made me feel so comfortable and at ease’s step by step that I would refer him all day everyday. He is wonderful and now I can wear a bathing suit again and other shirts and feel confident and actually look at myself without being ashamed. He is wonderful and worth every penny!!

First off I’d like to say if you’re thinking of seeing Dr Lawton quit thinking and BOOK THAT CONSULT immediately!!! You can stop researching right now because I’ve done it for you and you can do no better than Dr Gary Lawton. This is my story of a 14 YEAR ordeal until I finally found Dr Lawton…. I went back in 2011 in DC for an initial breast augmentation. My surgeon was good but he did NOT listen to what I wanted and did what HE wanted. It was not from a medical or safety standpoint but HIS aesthetics and not mine. Jump to 2017, I decided to go to a surgeon who I thought could give me what I was looking for. This surgeon convinced me I need a lift with my breast augmentation. I didn’t want a lift but was told it would be best. I followed my surgeons advice and came out of surgery absolutely butchered. This surgeon did not stand behind his work and offered to correct it for an additional fee. However I did not want him touching me again. I had massive unsightly visible scarring and breasts that did not sit right. I went to another surgeon 5 years later who told me no problem, he could fix it but he was unable to fix the complications from the previous surgery. This left me very dismayed, angry and lacking confidence in the results. Jump to Dr Lawton. I went in for a consultation in March. He was incredible. Did I wait past my appointment time? Yes. Did that bother me? Absolutely not. He is a surgeon. There are people that are going to take longer than others due to complicated medical histories/conditions and cases that may require more of his time. A courtesy he extends to his other patients as well. And patients should look for physicians that are thorough and DO NOT rush the process. He came in took a look and listened to EVERYTHING. He explained it was a complicated case but one he could definitely fix. AND HE DID! Dr Lawton’s education/skill/knowledge/experience and artistry are second to none. He did in one surgery what 3 previous surgeons were unable to accomplish. He is extremely straightforward and his pre and post operative protocols are medically proven and effective all with your outcome and safety in mind. I would give anything if I could have gone to him first. I had a minor complication with one breast that he got me back in for and fixed AT NO ADDITIONAL COST right away. Dr Lawton stands behind his work and takes amazing care of his patients. He has assembled a staff that are an incredible team that produces exceptional care and results. Checked in online the night before and parked on-site, then the nurse took quick measurements and before photos. Explanations of risks and recovery were clear and not salesy.
