We had John Lawrence build a new kitchen extension 2 years ago we were very happy and pleased with our new room. Also we have just had his guys in to upgrade our bathroom and lay new flooring in the hall way again very pleased . We would recommend John if you want any renovations or building work done. We are very impressed with the work done by Lawrence Carpentry and Building. They carried out a major renovation of this large Dover penthouse, taking the interior back to breeze blocks before carrying out the work. Floors were lifted, with new ceiling s and walls. The apartment was replumbed, rewired and refitted to a high-quality standard which was specified at the start. LCB sourced all trades and project managed throughout. Additionally, they provided bespoke doors, wardrobes and storage areas using unusual, hard to find veneers. The large underfloor heating system was expertly installed. New Velux windows were fitted and the apartment converted from a two bedroom to a three bedroom apartment. We highly recommend this company.
