Lawn Pride of North Houston

I’m extremely disappointed with Neighborly LawnPride. Their crew has repeatedly parked in front of our driveway, blocked us from getting in and out, driven through our yard, and used our driveway without permission. The worst part was when they went into our backyard and left the gate wide open. We have a dog, and if I hadn’t caught it in time, he could’ve gotten out, been hurt, or lost. That thought alone is heartbreaking. We’ve called the company and even spoken directly with the driver, but nothing has changed. There’s been no accountability, no follow-through, and no concern for our family’s safety or property. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone, and I cannot recommend them until they take their actions seriously.

Lawn Pride has been exceptional in their attention to detail and professionalism right from the start. This has directly translated to outstanding results. I was previously with a large national brand and the results when compared are night and day. My lawn looks amazing! I'm extremely happy with Lawn Pride and highly recommend it!

I highly recommend Lawn Pride over any of their competitors. Their products have done wonders on my yard and their customer service is first class. Speaking of customer service, make sure you get Michael working on your yard because he will take care of your yard as if it is his own yard.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the young man ( I believe his name was Michael) who I interacted with, he didn’t try to hard sell me on a bunch of unnecessary services , but took care of what was needed. I’m very pleased with my overall experience, arrived on time for my estimate, Michael was very courteous and knew what he was talking about.
