It would be 5 Stars if some of the concerns that I have expressed to LMSL either at your office or via email had all been addressed. I have not demanded any snow clearing service that had not been looked after in the past by your crews over the years. At your earliest convenience I would appreciate meeting with the snow clearing crew assigned to the McNally Centre. You have my mobile contact number. I could normally meet with that crew with at least a 10min heads up notice of their arrival at the McNally Centre. Thank you!

Have used Lawn Master for weekly mowing fertilizer and weed control applications during summer months.I have found them very diligent in their duties.Always clean up totally and put things in the yard back in place when done.Recommend their services highly.

We have been getting lawmaster services for years. While their services are quite abit more than buying fertilizer and weed and feed... you get what you pay for. Our lawns have looked amazing every year since we started using their service.

The fertilizer and weed killer definitely made a difference. I should have told the employee to spray the sage plant too that spreads. It's an evasive plant located in the backyard.

Great service, great staff. Predictably busy in the spring but quick and professional when they arrive. The only way I know to control the wild violet in my lawn!

Dealings with the office staff, particularly Michelle and Tara have been excellent. Both have in past gone far beyond our expectations with respect to offering top quality service and timely consideration. The reason, we cannot provide a 5 star rating on this review is at times, we have had issues with the actual job done whether that involves lawn care (ie. fertilizer/weed application) or snow removal during the winter months. However, we attribute these few issues to the labourers directly involved in the necessary procedure or operation. Some individuals on the job, may require correction from time-to-time but I believe that is the nature of the individuals hired, not necessarily the philosophy of the Company. Over-all the service that we have received in both summer and winter months from this Company warrants an above average rating and it is evident that the Company has a desire to keep good, solid relationships with their existing customer base. I have no problems, recommending or referring new clients to the services offered by Lawn Master.
