So there I was looking at a 2 year prison sentence which was the best deal offered with the public defender I had and only one day before trial. At the last minute by the grace of god I was able to retain Mr. Daniel Melnick and from the moment he took my case he kept it very real and transparent with me things were not looking good but he found a way to reason with the judge and managed to get me a chance get my life together with no jail time and 4 years of probation. He believed in me and gave me a chance when hardly anyone else would he also worked with me financially and was very patient with me. I can't recommend Dan highly enough, what a difference-maker he was for me. I was in a very serious case where I wasn't sure how happy I was with my attorney, I spoke to a close friend who recommended Dan, and in short order Dan turned things around and things began to look brighter. Dan Melnick is an extremely experienced, personable, trustworthy and knowledgeable attorney who has been in practice forever, which has also made him familiar with most of the attorneys and judges in the area. All excellent and positive qualities that can only serve to benefit you! He helped a friend of mine get out of an unfair charge without even having to see the judge. This is the guy to hire if you have any sort of problem. He will make it go away or lessen the charges. His fees are reasonable too. If I’m ever in trouble I know I will hire him in an instant after seeing how he truly cares and operates.

Where two very expensive OC lawyers failed, Mark Melnick succeeded! From the very first meeting with Mark, I knew I was in good hands. Amazing Lawyer! Daniel has handled our legal matters over the years and has always achieved the outcome we was looking for.
