I love my nails! Vie did an amazing job. She was patient, detail-oriented, and made sure everything looked clean and precise. The shape is flawless, the color and designs is beautiful, and the finish is super smooth and glossy. They feel strong but not heavy, and I’ve gotten so many compliments already. 10/10 — I’ll definitely be back. 💅✨

Sat down for a pedicure and asked for REGULAR French polish, the tech insisted it be done with gel as I asked multiple times for regular - and I still got stuck with gel. The seats weren’t sanitized either, fingerprints were all over. The moved to get a full set and noticed everything around me was completely dirty and not sanitized either. I was appalled. I asked to use the restroom before the paint and he said no you can go later I need to finish this. And as quick as he could just started painting so I couldn’t get up. Pics included. Gross place and terrible manners for hospitality.

I got the privilege of having Vie to do my mani pedi. First I would like to say I don't ever get these done. I normally just slop my own paint on and that's it. I don't like my nails very long and I don't like anything fancy or over the top. I let her know that and she took care of me very well. My feet feel and look amazing. And I showed her like 3 or 4 different designs I likes and she COMBINED THEM ALL because I couldn't make up my mind. And I'm really happy with how they came out! Vie, she is such an amazing nail tech. Not only did she exceed my expectations, she made me feel apart of her family. Lavue nail lounge is the best nail salon I’ve been to in St.Pete, hands down. I absolutely love coming to this nail salon! They are always so welcoming and professional, no matter who I go to. The vibe is consistent every single time. I never even book an appointment, and they still get me in quickly without a long wait. That alone says a lot about how they run their business. They always come through with designs I can show them an idea and they execute it beautifully. Mikell is especially amazing with designs! He takes his time, pays attention to every detail, and makes sure I get exactly what I want before I leave the chair. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality, creativity, efficiency, and great customer service all in one place!

Vie did my manicure and pedicure and it’s never looked better, she was so sweet and incredibly good at what she does. i didn’t really know what i wanted and she had such good suggestions and took my ideas and made them amazing! also looking around in the salon everyone’s nails looked good too ! 10/10 experience over all will only be coming here for my nails in st pete !

Today I came here and had my nails done by Mikell. I’m really happy with the result — everything turned out exactly the way I wanted. I’m quite picky, but he paid close attention to every detail and did an amazing job, even better than I expected. I’m very satisfied and will definitely be coming back. ❤️❤️❤️⭐️ thanks Mikell hẹhe

Oh wow… I don’t know where to start sadly. Influenced by the positive reviews and beautiful display of work on Instagram, I made an appointment.. My usual person who works alone is on maternity leave. I showed my reference photos, told them I had Gel-X on, and just need a fill from 2 weeks ago & new design. From 3:30-5:00 yesterday I was there. No fans to absorb the nail dust from the drill bit, so I had dust all in my mouth/eyes and clothes. The station was an absolute mess, but I really didn’t mind TOO much and the salon doesn’t look as clean OR nice in person as online makes it seem, so bear that in mind!!! My tech proceeds to put builder gel over my gel-x nails… they are now so thick. I didn’t get a single cuticle cut, not a dab of lotion, not a hand massage, just fumigated with nail dust, and fat nails. They didn’t even work on under my nails. The gentleman who started my nails couldn’t execute my design so someone else stepped in and there was no way I wasn’t tipping them both. I was so distracted by how well he did on the design, I didn’t notice how terrible the quality of my manicure was. I’m pretty annoyed by the whole thing.

Literally speechless. Brian was AMAZING. He took my inspo that I thought was already perfect and somehow made It even better. So talented and artistic. I almost want to gatekeep but I just can’t. Prices were SO affordable from what I’m used to in the Brandon/tampa area. I will be back here every single time.

Overall, my experience with the men's sports pedicure was decent. The services performed were fairly extensive, and once everything was completed, my feet felt much better. The massage chair was about a 6 out of 10, which seems pretty standard, and the technician did a reasonable job — though at times the service felt a bit rushed versus that real SPA parlor treatment (this was more like a get you in get you out deal). What I did appreciate was that they took the time to show me the various services available before I made my selection. That was a nice touch and helped me feel informed going in. However, my biggest concern came at checkout. After clearly selecting my service, I was charged an mystery additional $20 that was never mentioned beforehand. When I checked both their website and the in-store pamphlet, they did not even have a service listed for that rate. I calmly addressed it, and the price was adjusted without much explanation (as if they knew what the rate was supposed to be in the first place) — which left me a bit unsettled. I had researched 2 other locations, and the reason i ended up here was because one location had a list of services but no details on what was included, and the other location had details but no prices. So I appreciated the transparency knowing what to expect. But the checkout process needs improvement. I may try them again, but before I do I will hit another spot first, but yeah, that unexpected upcharge at checkout is something they really need to address. Customers should never feel surprised or uncomfortable when it comes time to pay.
