Lavallee Hardwood Floors

We had just pulled up the carpet in our house, that was built in 1962. We found hardwood under the carpet, but it was severely stained and eroded....everywhere. We would need sanding and staining, as well as repair to some areas. (See sample image). A friend told us about Chad, how he was great at what he did, reliable, and affordable. We had Chad come by 2 years ago to look at our walnut floors. When we contacted him again in Aug of ‘24 he remembered the floors immediately- we had them completely refinished and are so so happy we did! They look better than they did new in my opinion. Excellent service, super friendly guy (also patient with all of the questions asked about the process, products, etc). Highly recommended.
