We just bought our second property with Lauryn! We had such a fantastic experience a few years ago with our first home purchase that we immediately reached out to her when we were ready to move again. She’s incredibly easy to work with, she’s honest with us and we never feel pressured to make a decision. After we purchased the house, she also came up with great ideas for updates and renovations. She has an awesome network and was able to put us in touch with an inspector, a loan officer, movers, and a general contractor. Sebastian was wonderful! As a first time home buyer who lived out of state, Sebastian was so helpful from the moment we were connected through Zillow. I wanted to look at some properties while I was in the area, but had no idea how difficult it is to do on my own. Sebastian and Lauryn made arrangements to show me 4 houses in one afternoon. We realized that none of the properties were quite right, but Sebastian stayed in touch with me and sent me listings that met most of my requirements until we found the right one. Once we did, everything moved super fast and Sebastian helped keep everything on track and kept me in the loop, from the offer to the acceptance to the inspection to the fastest closing ever! He has gone above and beyond to help make this happen, even nudging my mortgage company. He has been a friend who had my back through the entire process! I would highly recommend him and his team.
