Don't let the statistics fool you, although it might appear that sales are slowing it is only because the amount of available listings has decreased by 12% in comparison to this time last year. It appears that we may be returning to a more normal seasonal market as the pandemic seems to be behind us. It is still a sellers market as buyers continue to compete for the small amount of homes on the market. We are still seeing multiple offers, a waiver of contingencies and bidding wars on homes that are priced well to start!
