I am very pleased with the service I received from the Laury's team. The technicians were polite, punctual, and patient with my questions about the instillation of a water heater and a new gas furnace. They even finished in one day, although the instillation was supposed to take a day and a half. Although they still have to remove an oil tank from my property I am confident that will be done in a timely manner. I really thank them for cleaning up when the job was done!

My experience has been excellent so far. I am at the beginning of the process, but everything from scheduling to the communication of the office and tech has been outstanding. My tech, Josh was great. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the entire process and provided me with all of the information about the status and condition of my system. He is very respectful as well. I look forward to proceeding further with Laury and I can see how they have earned such a high rating on google.

Our furnace quit on us with a cracked heat exchanger in December, right when the cold was hitting. Laury ended up giving us a same-day appointment to come and check it out, along with giving us prices on new furnaces. They were incredibly reasonable compared to others, so we decided to go with them. They were able to install our furnace the very next day. Alex & George installed the furnace and did a great job -- it was quick, seamless, and they also fixed a few other issues we were having at no extra charge! Very professional and efficient. I will be calling Laury for all of my house-related issues in the future! Would highly recommend them!

Laury is are go to for Heating, Plumbing and Air conditioning. Laury did our entire HVAC system including hot water heater approximately 6 years ago. I'm 51 years old and they've been in the Cumberland county area ever since I could remember and have always been well known for their service excellent workmanship and quality. I could honestly say that that still is true. Every technician I have dealt with is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain what's going on with your system. I definitely recommend!

The technician (RJM) who came to our home was very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. My husband was very happy with his service and plan to use this company again in the future. Highly recommend!

I received an email from the Carrier ap at 8:58 this AM that there was an issue with our system. Laury call about 10 mins later to verify the alert and to make sure we still had heat. We did have heat but wanted a service tech to check the system anyway. We had a tech on site by 10 AM. System just needed some fine tuning. Great service by on-site technician and outstanding Customer service from Laury overall. We are very satisfied with our experience!

The previous owner of my house had Laury install all of the HVAC that's currently here, but when I needed a new tankless boiler I decided to shop around. Shouldn't have bothered. No one gave me a quote anywhere near as good as Laury, and the install was quick and tidy. Great service and great price!

Very pleased to have switched to this company for my heating and cooling needs! My house wasn't cooling, so I called Laury and they sent out Tom, who was was great. He was able to explain my issues to me so I could best decide how to go forward. I then spoke to Sean to make a plan and we worked out a fantastic financing option. We went with a new central AC unit and a furnace, installed by Alex, Gabe, and Shane, who were friendly, very polite, and efficient. They went over everything with me, including safety features and how to work the new thermostat. I could tell everyone from start to finish really cared about their work and I felt valued as a client. I am looking forward to a good and long relationship with this company.
