I’ve worked with Lauren twice; first time was to rent a place years ago, and more recently, to buy my first home. Both times she was very professional and helpful. She never made me feel rushed at showings and wasn’t pushy.
Communication has been excellent as she would call and text to follow up, give me updates and explained things in ways that I could easily understand. Her team was great as well and communicated often.
I appreciate how she made this process so smooth for me. As a first time buyer I was very overwhelmed at first but she made sure to take the time to explain every step and gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend her to anyone thinking of buying.
She’s very knowledgeable and knows what she’s doing, and also friendly, honest and courteous. Thank you, Lauren!
