After giving 2 orders i am sharing my experience:
1. They must have been in the market as B2B laundary, serving hotels etc, and their process for consumer txns are not yet refined.
2. Take pictures of each clothes you give , and while recieving , patiently count and tally, because they won't take responsibility later on. I counted in jaldbaazi, and next morning, counted peacefully to discover one item missing.
3. Their website mentions discount on first use which they don't honour.
4. Weigh the clothes in you own machine as well, as theirs might be faulty and there.might be no way to prove.
5. The lady who recieves and makes call doesn't know how to handle complaints and only says illogical things to save herself. Write an email , and you will get an apt response. Seems that's checked by someone senior.
6. I have had no complaints in the actual wash and fold job. It's clean, well dried and well packed. The rate for WF was economical.
7. They serve more areas than what their tech driven WhatsApp system will allow. So call and discuss.
Update after owner's response.: The discount amount 58/- was sent to my Gpay hours after this review was put up . So them claiming that it was 'given' is incorrect. I have posted an image of the bill + txn from my Gpay. One can see the number of days in between. I wish them best for better transparency and more honesty in business.
