I recently bought a decanter set from Laser Xpressions, Inc. as a gift for my father, and he absolutely loved it! It was such a unique and meaningful present. The customer service was outstanding. The lady at the front took her time helping me design something truly special. They can engrave on almost anything, and the quality is top-notch. I’ll definitely be back for more gifts, especially around the holidays.

Custom engraving service conveniently located in the mall. I wanted a simple but elegant decoration for my mother’s urn as a final parting gift - she passed away recently and I needed it next day for her funeral. I thought it would be impossible for me to obtain this on short notice, but Tamie was very helpful and kind enough to accommodate me same day with something beautiful. I’m very thankful for her excellent service.

This company is truly one of the best! Not only are their gifts so unique and touch the heart but the staff is friendly, helpful and they deliver on all counts! I had to get a special gift short notice for a 75th surprise birthday party out of town ... not only were they quick to respond with proofs, suggestions and correspondence, but they kept the store open a little later for me to accommodate pick up! I'm definitely using them again!

Absolutely the best for any type of custom engraving. The quality is bar none. I have used them twice and both times the results were spectacular. Beyond that, the customer service is above and beyond. In today's world if you need custom engraving make the trip into this store!!!

I was tasked at work to find an engraver for some already purchased crystal decanters for an awards event. Many places wouldn't do it because (1) I didn't purchase the item from them; and/or (2) it was a rounded decanter and they could only engrave on flat surfaces. I was so excited that I found Laser Xpressions! Tamie was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating of our request. She was also able to work within my deadline. The delicate decanters came out great, and the price was very reasonable! My executive actually said we're going to use Laser Xpressions for all of our engraving needs in the future because of the great customer service.

First time having a stainless steel plate engraved with a laser and I couldn’t not be happier! The staff was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. Communication was timely via the phone or email. I can not say enough great things about laser expressions! I can’t wait to use their services again.

Brought in a bottle of Johnny Walker Blue for custom engraving and gold coloring and it came out nothing short of amazing. Price was super reasonable too. I can’t wait to come back with another project. Very nice people too.

The second time I got something in there, the first time was a pic sketched on tile that came out great, this was a birthday gift 3d pic on glass, OMG love it. I definitely will be going back in there again. The only bad thing is they're a little pricey 😒 I think that should give me a discount for my next visit or run a sale once in a while
