Lara's Roofing

I recently had my roof replaced by Lara’s Roofing, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Their pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes I received, while still delivering excellent quality workmanship. The crew was efficient, organized, and completed the job on schedule without cutting corners. Throughout the project, they were professional, respectful of my property, and left the work area clean when they finished. Communication was outstanding from start to finish. They kept me informed throughout the process, answered all of my questions promptly, and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the project. If you’re looking for a roofing company that offers fair pricing, quality work, professionalism, and great customer service, I would highly recommend Lara’s Roofing. Note: the deciding point for me to go with Lara’s Roofing (vs the other quotes) was not the price but was that they did exceptional work in my parents neighbourhood (5 houses) with all positive reviews. No better recommendation if you ask me.

The people at Lara’s Roofing were highly recommended to us and just the same as those who made the recommendation, we also found this roofing company to be extremely honest, knowledgeable, and professional. Manuel responded promptly by performing an extensive initial roof inspection and clearly explained the reasons regarding what work needed to be completed. He provided a fair and competitive quote and without any pressure, indicated that if we decided to choose his company, full payment would not be accepted until all the work was completed. After this, we had no doubts on deciding to choose Lara’s Roofing. They were very flexible with picking a few days that worked best for us not longer after initial roof inspection and quote, and the entire new roof replacement process took just over two days to complete. Throughout the process, we were kept well-informed of every single detail (large and small) regarding the work that needed to be completed. Manuel was extremely kind, patient, and transparent, as he explained the entire new roof replacement process every step of the way. He, his son Carlos, and the rest of his team, did an amazing job fully removing the old roof and replacing it with top quality shingles, and all other accompanying work required (i.e., replacement metal flashing, metal drip-edge installation, underlayment, ice and water shield, best type of replacement vents, replacement skylight, caulking) were also completed to the highest of standards. A few large extra sheets of plywood were also included just in case there were some minor-sized smaller wooden areas of the roof that may have needed replacing for whatever reason (i.e., water or animal damage). Manuel took several photos documenting the progression of every step of the process, and all of these photos were provided for us to keep on record. Thank you Manuel, Carlos, and the rest of the team. We cannot express our gratitude and appreciation enough to have met you and come across a roofing company that is so top notch. If you want the highest quality new roof replacement at a fair and competitive price, Lara’s Roofing is the company for you, period.

Lara’s Roofing just completed our roof, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were thoughtful, thorough, professional, and prompt from start to finish. They took the time to do the job properly, kept us informed throughout, and paid attention to all the little details. They came highly recommended by a friend, and they absolutely did not disappoint. We really appreciated their workmanship, communication, and overall care for our home. Thank you to the whole team at Lara’s Roofing for a job well done. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company!

Excellent customer service! They came in person to quote the roof and actually went up and inspected it. They redo my entire roof and repaired a bunch of sheeting. Everything was done professionally and high quality with very competitive price. Excellent communication and willing to work with you to satisfy your requests. I would highly recommend Lara’s Roofing. They take a lot of pride in their work.

It's an amazing team, very professional and organized. I will 💯 per cent recommend to friends. Manuel the owner is an amazing person who takes care of your roof like it's his own house. Thanks Mr Manuel and your team for the great job you did at my house,it was a great pleasure doing business with you.

I would highly recommend Lara's Roofing. I recently reached out for a quote on a repair for a very old, built-up style roof that had begun leaking. From the start, Manuel responded quickly and performed a thorough inspection of the existing roof. He was incredibly transparent about the issues and clearly explained what work needed to be done. His professionalism and honesty through the process gave me confidence that the quality would be high. The quote provided for the full roof replacement was fair and competitive and they were able to begin the work right away. Throughout the process, Manuel kept me updated and sent pictures documenting their progression. The entire job was completed within 2 days. The attention to detail and care for the rest of my yard was above and beyond what I would expect from a roofing company. They ensured that the site was completely cleaned of any and all debris to the point that you wouldn't even guess that a full roof replacement had just taken place. I would highly recommend Lara's Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, high-quality and affordable roofing expert.

Manuel and his son, Carlos, are honest and caring. I’m grateful to have them take care of my roofs. They are punctual, reliable, and the work is of great quality.

Lara’s Roofing honestly exceeded our expectations. During the initial quote, Manuel went up on the roof with my partner, pointed out the problem areas, and even fixed one spot, letting us know that water was getting in there. Throughout the process, he was punctual, reliable, flexible, and incredibly professional — even stepping in to help when another contractor didn’t show up. He also took the time to answer all our questions about shingles in detail and gave an honest, informed opinion. Shoutout to his team as well for their great work, unfortunately I didn’t catch their names. Truly an amazing company and genuine hardworking people. I highly recommend them and would give 10 stars if I could!

Manuel and his team did a fantastic job on my roof. He did the job right and fixed a ton of pre-existing issues. They didn’t cut any corners and in fact, went the extra mile for us - even during a heat wave. They were professional and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend Lara’s Roofing.
