I would highly recommend Lara's Roofing. I recently reached out for a quote on a repair for a very old, built-up style roof that had begun leaking. From the start, Manuel responded quickly and performed a thorough inspection of the existing roof. He was incredibly transparent about the issues and clearly explained what work needed to be done. His professionalism and honesty through the process gave me confidence that the quality would be high. The quote provided for the full roof replacement was fair and competitive and they were able to begin the work right away. Throughout the process, Manuel kept me updated and sent pictures documenting their progression. The entire job was completed within 2 days. The attention to detail and care for the rest of my yard was above and beyond what I would expect from a roofing company. They ensured that the site was completely cleaned of any and all debris to the point that you wouldn't even guess that a full roof replacement had just taken place. Lara’s Roofing honestly exceeded our expectations. During the initial quote, Manuel went up on the roof with my partner, pointed out the problem areas, and even fixed one spot, letting us know that water was getting in there. Throughout the process, he was punctual, reliable, flexible, and incredibly professional — even stepping in to help when another contractor didn’t show up. He also took the time to answer all our questions about shingles in detail and gave an honest, informed opinion. Shoutout to his team as well for their great work, unfortunately I didn’t catch their names. Truly an amazing company and genuine hardworking people. I highly recommend them and would give 10 stars if I could!

We are so happy with the decision to contract Lara's Roofing for the replacement of our main shingled roof, flat roof and some eaves and gutter work. Manuel and Carlos were so helpful and trustworthy, sharing pictures throughtout the process and providing the best advice. It was a pleasure to work with them. The roof and eaves look amazing, the costs very reasonable and we are 100% satisfied at the end of this project!

I am a former framer and have built many roofs, but now I am too old to do this type of work, and hired Manuel...he is simply the best roofer I have seen and he delivers as promised. We tried to hire local roofers, but they just want easy jobs and ghosted us...Manuel came when promised ( across town no less ), used the materials we specified ( which required a special purchase ), then installed the roof with the same care and detail he would on his own home ( full strip including removing the old tar roof which other roofers did not want to touch ( too much work for them ??? ), he also did an exceptional job flashing the curbs on my 4 skylights , just beautiful work ( yes, I went on the roof to inspect ) . He took extra time to make sure water drained into the eaves properly, as an example, when the facia board was exposed because the drip edge could not possibly cover the facia over such a long run, he made sure to wrap the membrane down the facia to the eaves. Many roofers would not care about such details, but Manuel does... As an added bonus, my neighbor's remarked how they never heard one swear word from his crew, they were professional at all times. Manuel is an honest guy in a sea of sharks; he offers a fair price and when you want something extra, he does it without complaint. All extras I added during the job, were also fairly priced

Great service, fair price and stand by their work. After pricing me, Manual and his team found other issues that would increase his expense and time required but he stood by his word and did not renegotiate Thank you so much Manuel, I will refer you to all my friends and family

We had an emergency and Manuel did an incredible job troubleshooting our leak issue. He took the time needed to make sure the problems were addressed and was responsive in his approach throughout.
