Lansdale Pointe Apartments

I want to start off by saying THANK YOU CASSIDY. Cassidy is so quick and efficient patient and helpful and amazing and empathetic. Thank you. I highly recommend Lansdale Point Apartments and ask for the wonderful supportive Cassidy Cobb (property manager). It was a hard road but Cassidy made me feel supported and assisted in this process. She was quick to respond and amazing with the up and downs. I owe it to her this process. Thank you again I can not say it enough. Chefs Kiss 🙏🤗😘🥳

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Cassidy, the property manager! I meant to do this earlier, but, ya know, life! Cassidy went above and beyond to help my mini me fam get into a fresh, healthy, new start after a horrendous year of dealing with a slumlord, who neglected to take care of mold and falling in ceilings, harassment and the dangers he had put us through ontop of the other stuff, which had me feeling like no one was in my corner, until Cassidy showed me otherwise! There was a lot of back and forth and "fixings" of paperwork, but Cassidy was persistent and finally got us a new home to have the fresh start we have been praying for.. I cannot thank her enough! Thank you, Cassidy! 🩵🫶🏼🌻

This process has been long and complicated, with construction delays and just being a brand new community that is income restricted on top of all else 🤦🏼‍♀️ I am endlessly impressed with Cassidy and her ability to juggle it all AND field MY admittedly excessive stressed out emails nagging her for updates and trauma dumping all my issues in her inbox 😉 (sorry Cassidy). Truly, her calming and optimistic demeanor is the only reason I kept it together these past 3 or 4 months and remained confident that it would all work out. She's a treasure! I'm very thankful for her and because of her I am SO EXCITED to move into my new home very very soon!! 🤗

I recently inquired about leasing at Lansdale Pointe Apartments and was blown away by how smooth and welcoming the process was. Cassidy was amazing, professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure all my questions were answered. She went above and beyond, walking me through everything with so much knowledge and kindness. The property is beautiful, brand new, and clearly managed with pride. Even though I’m just in the inquiry stage, the experience so far has been top-notch and gives me complete confidence in choosing Lansdale Pointe as my future home!

Cassidy has gone above and beyond to make sure my family and I were approved to move into these apartments! She has been great with communication and getting back to me quickly, very kind, respectful and overall great to work with. We hit a few bumps in the road with minor paperwork details, but she has always been apologetic and kind throughout the whole process. I can’t wait to move in!

I recently helped my mother in law with the process of applying for an apartment. Jennifer in the front office was the absolute best. She made this entire process so seamless and stress free. She really has a way to make people feel welcome and deserving of finding a beautiful place of their own!

Main property manager was rude and not so welcoming as Jennifer. Have a good time trying to contact this property because they do not respond to emails and most of my calls went unanswered. I understand they're still trying to get everything organized but the poor communication they have will not make it easy for future tendents to apply.

We were some of the first people to apply and Cassidy has been helping us the whole time and has kept us well informed. She’s been very helpful, we appreciate her a lot!

Everyone of the tenants from crowne point and forests grove should be moved here with a permanent guarantee of a year lease and capped rent this management company Is heinous and cruel they are not disability not animal friendly or people friendly and they should not be managing anything but there own lives just saying so if you move here good luck with the rodeo of dealing with this corporation. If you wanna live in your car for three months or with neighbors, do you wanna live with you? Don’t wanna be able to use your amenities you wanna smell sewage if you wanna worry about your animals and their skin yes, please live here.

Man, these apartments are awesome! They’re nice and roomy. The staff was really cool and super patient with all my questions, since I’m new to this. I’m excited about this place!
