This gentleman went above and beyond to aleviate my concerns when I thought I heard a noise from my alternator. He tested it and found it to be OK, but gave me a new one just to stop any worries I might have. His shop is filled with auto electrical devices of all sorts, it's clear he knows his trade as well as having excellent customer service skills. 5 Stars.

Reasonable price and reliable service.

Received faulty alternator, then won't arrange pickup and refund. I won refund plus damages thru VCAT. Member not impressed with trading terms that breached consumer law. Avoid them.

Not very professional, failed to return calls to organise a suitable time on numerous occasions, refused to install a basic head unit reckoned he forgot how to do it. Do not recommend
