I went to another shop for an oil change, and they told me I needed to change all the fluids on my truck because they were “dirty.” I felt suspicious, so I decided to get an estimate from Langley Brake Shop and took my truck there. Their estimate was very reasonable. When they checked the fluids, they told me they were actually fairly clean. I only asked them to do the transmission fluid since my truck was close to 100,000 km and it had never been done. As a senior, saving money and being treated with honesty really means a lot to me. I truly appreciate their truthfulness and professionalism.

These guys had our work truck brakes done and in and out within an hour! We are super grateful. Incredible service and reasonable price. We will be back for our other vehicles.

I took my wife's car here to get the brakes done. From the first phone call until the job was done, the whole team was awesome. Super fair pricing in an economy full of greed. And fully transparent from start to finish. They showed me a couple of things when the car was on the hoist but put zero pressure on me to get them done. Because of that alone I got them to add them on, again with unbeatable pricing. Hands down the best service I've had with a mechanic shop and I'd highly recommend them. My new go to for sure. And no I'm not affiliated with them, just an honest review for good people.

Brought my 1995 f250 in as I had no reverse power assisted brakes. Harry and his team were super knowledge and fixed the issue at ease and at a reasonable price. I would recommend this shop any day over the others. They are also super friendly and personable. We will bring all of vehicles there in the future . Thanks again.

I brought my Mercedes ML350 in for a nasty squealing noise on cold start that the dealership failed to diagnose after having the car for a full day and trying to sell me expensive work. Langley Brake Shop quickly traced it to the secondary air pump, replaced it, and the problem is completely gone. They had already done tensioner and V-belt work for me at a very fair price, so this just confirmed they know what they are doing. Gurpreet and Harry are very friendly and straightforward to deal with. They are very transparent about their labor cost and the parts they source, and they clearly take pride in the quality of their work and their reputation. They even allowed me to bring in genuine OEM parts I had bought from RockAuto in the US, which is a huge plus compared to many franchised repair shops that refuse customer-supplied parts. When I called to book the appointment, they proactively offered me a free loaner car while mine was in the shop, which I honestly did not expect from an independent shop. I drive up from Seattle to see them and it still makes sense for me to cross the border for service. I trust this shop and will keep bringing my ML350 here for future work.

I have used Langley brake shop for a few years and was I was pretty sad to her that Eric the previous owner had retired as the work carried out by him and his team was wonderful. I was a little apprehensive about taking my car to the new owners as I didn't know much about them apart from some positive reviews. However I decided to go ahead with an oil change, service, brakes and rotors. I am absolutely delighted with the work the guys carried out on my car. Communication with Gurpreet the owner was fantastic and the whole team dealt with my repairs very professionally. I will definitely continue to use this business going forward. Had my brakes and radiator both replaced at this shop on my Ram truck. Very satisfied with the work, speed of repairs and cost. Excellent service and I'd recommend bringing in your vehicle to get repaired.

They've now replaced overused sway arms and the 2 speed transfer case in my Cherokee, the latter died on my way to bring the kids to school one morning on the other side of Langley. They had it in the shop within a day and even though short handed they made sure they looked at it by the end of the day. Provided a courtesy car until they were able to get the part and my vehicle running properly again. Showed me what was what on the vehicle and explained why/how it happened. Made sure everything was taken care of that needed to be before giving me the vehicle back. It took nearly a week but I'm so thankful for their service. They seem honest and professional and I will continue taking my vehicle here.

Brought my Ram in Jan 2025 to get a fuel pump due to gas gauge not working. Was quoted $450. Went to pick it up when done, told bill was $720 (700 cuz I paid cash). Aug 2025 truck dies on me, unknown cause, had it towed to another shop. Other shop informs me the new fuel pump failed and nearly caught fire (on top of gas tank!) due to wiring harness (pigtail) on top of gas tank was broken and forced together with zap straps, causing electrical shorts! Went back to Langley Brake to ask if they would do anything about the new bill the lady there said no, and that i should've brought it back to them (after going way over estimate and having no reason to suspect my NEW fuel pump failed). I said I'd see them in small claims court. 45 minutes later she called and said she'd give me $250 if I brought the pump they put in back 🤔 My response was I'd see what my lawyer said. Lawyer was on vacation and I've since moved on but feel others should beware dealing with Langley Brake Shop.
