I had an excellent experience with Lanescapes from start to finish. After reaching out for a quote, they sent someone out almost immediately. The price they offered was extremely reasonable, especially compared to other companies who quoted me nearly triple the amount. The team that came to do the work was professional, quick, and efficient. What really impressed me was how they integrated my existing drainage systems into their work without any hesitation. It showed me they were not only thorough but also willing to go above and beyond. I’m thrilled with the quality of work and would highly recommend Lanescapes to anyone!

Warning, I would not recommend doing business with this company, very shady. Hired them for a single service 2yrs ago and they automatically enrolled me in annual service. They contacted me last year to schedule a service and I told them I wasn’t interested in an annual service and it was a one-time thing…. A couple months ago they attempted to contact me for annual service via an old email (they never called me). Despite not getting a response or confirmation from me, they still proceeded with the annual service AND didn’t even knock on the door when they came (we have doorbell cam). They sent me a bill, I called about it, they said I didn’t cancel the annual service (even though I did last year), and they automatically charged my card on file…. No apology for the miscommunication or offer to make things right, I’m extremely disappointed. Luckily, it was a credit card on file so of course I disputed the charge and they won’t get paid. I’ll be taking additional action against this company as well.
