I had an excellent experience with Lanescapes from start to finish. After reaching out for a quote, they sent someone out almost immediately. The price they offered was extremely reasonable, especially compared to other companies who quoted me nearly triple the amount. The team that came to do the work was professional, quick, and efficient. What really impressed me was how they integrated my existing drainage systems into their work without any hesitation. It showed me they were not only thorough but also willing to go above and beyond. I’m thrilled with the quality of work and would highly recommend Lanescapes to anyone!

We used LaneScapes for the first time yesterday and they did an excellent job cleaning up multiple beds and laying mulch. Their team was meticulous, ensuring that mulch went in between all of the bushes and flowers to provide proper coverage. I highly recommend and plan to use them for tree services this fall.

LaneScapes Lawn Care was the worst landscaper we’ve ever hired. They tore a hole in our freshly laid sod, avoided discussing it, and promised to repair it in the fall, but never followed up. Their lack of coordination was frustrating—the owner promised a site visit, but the operations manager dismissed the issue entirely and didn’t think the site visit was worth his time. I’d recommend going with almost any other landscaper.

We hired LaneScapes for our spring cleanup and rock installation at our pool. Chris contacted me within 48 hours of requesting a quote, and after visiting our property, he quickly scheduled both services. The pricing was very reasonable and each service was completed promptly. The crew did an excellent job with both projects and I will definitely be using them in the future.

Damaged my fence and has completed ignored my requests for them to repair it despite multiple attempts at contact. No one even bothered to tell me they damaged it, they just left it for me to find after work. Left a voicemail and the lady said the owner would call me back, he never did. Ripped the picket off and somehow managed to rip the lock off Edit: while I am still a little frustrated that no one contacted me initially and I had to post a review for things to get fixed, I do appreciate the owner taking responsibility and calling me to make things right

LaneScapes came out and did quite a bit of work for us this spring. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and the attitude of the crews who came to do the job. They were all very polite, and worked hard with a beautiful result. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars was that communication with me about plans for scheduling was a bit slow at times. Price was very reasonable.

Chris Lane did a fantastic job on my home. He was quick to respond to my online quote request, stopped by my home while I was at work which was very convenient for me and my schedule, and had the work completed in less time than originally quoted. His quote estimate was spot on and not one dollar more. The work that was done was exceptional and I appreciate when small business owners take pride in their work. It shows!! I hired Lanescapes to provide lawn mowing service for the season. I had them remove large tree limbs as well. Their customer service is wonderful, their rates are very reasonable, and their crews do great work. I have already told them to keep me on their schedule for lawn mowing next year. Highly recommend them!

Do not hire LaneScapes for any meaningful yard projects. I hired LaneScapes to install drainage from the downspouts to another section of the yard, away from the pool. I also had a French drain installed and connected to the drainage pipe behind the pool. All this for a reasonable cost of 2200 dollars. However, after a storm, most of the top soil over the drainage pipe washed away. He came back, put some more top soil on it, and it too washed away after another storm. At this, he recommended I pay him an additional 2600 dollars to put rocks over the pipe to fix the problem. I asked him to fix the problem from the original job that had already been paid. I contacted him again to have him correct the damage done to the yard and he sent me another quote for 3950 dollars. I have given LaneScapes many opportunities to correct their work and at this point water is being diverted and causing additional damage to the yard. Avoid the headache and find another company that is willing to stand by their work. I have included the pictures of the work done by and subsequent damage caused by LaneScapes. The pictures are in the Google review of LaneScapes. Update: The owner, by his own admission, states that this job is complete and the results are satisfactory. In order for his work not to be washed away he said it will cost double from the original contract, and this was explained after the work was completed. Any company that thinks this is an honest business practice should not be in business. Know that when LaneScapes stand behind their work, this is the result. The pictures speak for themselves. All of the damage done to the yard from a storm was isolated to the areas where LaneScapes installed the pipe, so that excuse falls flat. Please read owners response below, so you know what the answer will be when your "completed" yard project washes away.
