Edie and the team did a great job underpinning my terrace house in Princes Hill. They were really efficient, organised everything, on schedule, did the job properly, and clearly communicated every step of the way.

I highly recommend this company. Responsive, diligent, trustworthy, competitve pricing. We feared the worst after cracks started appearing in one section of our 70 year old house + floor dropping below skirting boards. Eddy assessed the situation and reassured us the problem easily fixed. Much to our relief, the job was much smaller than expected which Eddy and his team repaired within the week. Maree handled admin and was fabulous to deal with. We feel very grateful and privileged to have had such an exceptional company come to our rescue! Stumps replaced, brick piers reinforced. Eddy & the team did a great job reblocking our house. Brilliant work cutting through the floorboards, perfectly straight. Also great work when they went under our floor to replace a stump that had really bad access. Good at escalating any issues they found. Eddy, Maree and the team at Landmark Reblocking and Underpinning provided a fantastic service. They restumped our heritage house going 1metre down into the reactive clay soil in Williamstown. They also underpinned a 100yr old chimney going down 1.5metres and completing the process in a sequence as advised by engineers.
