Let me say this. Been 3 months since I got insurance with allstate. Have not heard a word about my proof of insurance for them. What's bad is you are still billing for insurance. Even canceled my house insurance for a really petty issue. I'm willing to call the commissioner of insurance in my state to get action on this. Your choice. You don't have said papers in my mailbox by Wednesday, I will call the commissioner of insurance for my state and you can explain to them why I don't have what I need.

Excellent experience with this team! Not only did I save a couple hundred dollars a month on my premium, but I got the same (and in some cases better) coverage than my previous provider. Elizabeth handled my initial paperwork and was prmont and so kind in our interactions. Then Jamie took over and made the process so smooth and was an absolute joy to work with. It was seriously a stellar team to have worked with! No complaints!

I would definitely steer clear of this agent when deciding who to use for insurance. This man claims to conduct himself as a professional, but his online activities are terribly distasteful. He likes to mock single parents, like children not having their father is a joking matter. This man is giving red flag toxic and is not who I would want handling any of my insurance. Something so important for families. Most definitely single mothers. Thankfully, we are blessed to have our family intact, but a lot of folks are not. This is not a joking matter. Do not claim to be some sort of professional, then troll in your off time. It catches up to you. This has been my personal experience with Lance, I would absolutely avoid using his services at all cost.

My agent was amazing, she didn’t give up on helping me and went above and beyond through out the entire process, she made multiple attempts and didn’t stop until i was insured with one off the best and affordable companies with my SUV and my Homeowners insurance!!
