We had the dreaded wet belt failure over the festive period, a bit stressful seeing as my wife needs the car for her job as care in the community. However, that stress was eased by Tony who got us back on the road quickly, and at a fair price. Tony is a great communicator, he’s reliable and has an incredible work ethic… will 100% be using Lancaster Motor Services again next time we need work done. Thanks Tony!!

I've used Tony twice for my car. First time I had an horrible issue with the clutch; second time, for brakes and discs. Tony was always super helpful, friendly, really kind and always accommodated the repairs around my busy schedule. Cannot recommend him enough! Absolutely 5 stars!

Tony is a blessing. Always willing to come out and diagnose the various issues our cars have had, and always sorts. I got frustrated with the lack of appointments at our local garages in Portishead and called Lancaster Motor Services after seeing the great reviews online, and I'm so glad I did. Genuine, honest service: 5 stars all day.

Tony helped me replace the oil and clean the engine of my car after the oil had turned bad. He also sorted a few other bits and bobs that needed doing in there. Tony was professional, friendly and trustworthy. Very good value also- I would highly recommend.

Excellent service. Tony diagnosed and replaced the faulty starter motor within 24 hours over 2 visits. His communication was very good and he kept me well-informed when running late. Can't recommend him enough.

What an amazing service! After failing to find a garage that could fit me in without waiting a month, Tony came out the next day to diagnose the problem. He emailed within an hour with the price, and could repair the following week. Tony turned up exactly when he said he would, and completed the work. And not having to get the car too and from the garage just made it all that easier. Would definitely use him again 🙂

In over 40 years of car servicing, this has got to be the best experience I’ve ever had! Tony collected the car, did the work quickly and returned the car with useful comments for the future. The price was very reasonable too as well as a progress report part way through. If there were 6 stars I would have awarded, faultless, thank you so much Tony!

Our car broke down with an engine fault. The AA advised of an injector issue. We contacted Tony through reviews that we had seen. Tony attended a few days later and diagnosed the fault. 3 days later Tony returned and changed the defective injector and some fuel pipes which he also found to be rubbing through. I would recommend Tony as he is a highly skilled technician and works in a very professional manner. I will certainly use him again

In my unexpected hour of need, Tony quite literally came to my rescue. It was a little out of the remit of services he offers but none the less he came and fixed my car, road side, so I could safely be on my way! He was quick and efficient and made sure I had all the information I needed to be on my way. Cannot fault his service or professionalism.
