Jan Terhune is the best at what she does! I decided to start looking into buying a house but had no idea on what to do. Jan made it easier to talk with met face to face, phone calls your name it she was there. Jan made this (Me) first time homebuyer very happy. She keeps it real with you and will never tell you lies like some do just to make a sale. Every client that has had Jan in the past knows what I’m talking about so after speaking with her and telling her what I was looking for in a house she went to work and never gave up until we found the perfect house. A small set back caused me and my family to stop looking for houses and Jan contacted me once a week to give her updates on. Even with this government shutdown she was there side by side and never gave up. To anyone looking for a house big or small Jan would be the best decision out there. From the very beginning Kiva Smith was perfect. She pointed me in the right direction of the best lender for me and my particular situation which really made the process 100 percent smoother. We were selling my mom's house after she passed. It was our first time doing anything like this so we needed someone who would would guide every step of the way We chose Daphne because we knew we could trust her and that she would do everything she could to get that house sold.
