Many buyers ask, "Why do I have to sign this before we go look at homes?"
The answer is simple: It's now a required agreement before a REALTOR® can provide certain services, including touring homes.
Think of it like hiring an attorney or financial advisor. Before they represent you, you both agree on what services will be provided and how the relationship will work.
A Buyer Agency Agreement:

Most importantly, it does NOT lock you into buying a home. It simply establishes our professional relationship so I can legally and ethically represent you throughout the process.
