Working with Daphne and her entire team, including Lana Soileau, was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Buying and selling at the same time can be incredibly stressful, but they brought professionalism, kindness, and a level of care that made the entire process feel manageable. Daphne is fun, energetic, and has a natural ability to connect with people. She has a sharp eye for what truly matters and knows how to guide you without ever making you feel pressured. What stood out most is how well she listened. She took the time to understand exactly what we needed and delivered beyond expectations. We initially connected with Daphne simply because she was the first to respond to a showing request, but that quickly turned into the best decision we could have made. Even after a showing that didn’t go as planned (completely outside of her control), she asked the right questions, paid attention to our feedback, and completely nailed it when finding our home. She even got us in to view it before it hit the market. What’s even more impressive...she did all of this while recovering from surgery. That level of dedication is rare. She worked day and night to make sure we found the right home, and it truly showed. What we valued most was simple: she saw us, she heard us, and she did everything possible to get us into our dream home. Lana Soileau is one of the BEST Realtors in the State of Louisiana! She worked so hard to get our home sold in these current trying market conditions. She has an Awesome attitude and fights very hard to get you top dollar! I would recommend her to Anyone needing to sell their property!! She is no nonsense and extremely honest, but with a very funny sense of humor! I just love Lana and will never use anyone else!
