It's been two months since we were in Lamu and I want to go back immediately. Clinton (Lamu holiday solutions) really made out trip memorable. We felt like we were home. He planned all the boat rides, gave us a tourist view of the town and also a local feel. We were at Uzio house which was magical. The architecture was amazing, the property right next to the beach. The staff there was really amazing, giving good attention to detail while providing the privacy one needs. The food was so fresh and tasty and the chef catered to all of our dietary needs. From a cost perspective, pre-planning went a long way on saving costs, especially on excursions. Clinton organised it all and it was a wonderful experience. We went fishing, the kids really enjoyed that. The sunset cruise is also wonderful and a tour of Lamu town is definitely worth the trip. Three weeks ago, I arrived in Lamu with the intention to stay for one week. Clinton, with Lamu Holiday Solutions, has been the most awesome host. So much so, that I'm still here and planning to stay indefinitely.
