Dear Lalitha Party Hall Management,
Aug 2026 Last Saturday, I booked your hall for my child’s 1st birthday celebration. During the event, one of the chairs provided by the hall suddenly collapsed while my guest was seated with her 3-month-old baby. Thankfully, both the mother and baby avoided injury, but this was a very serious and frightening safety incident that could have resulted in significant harm.
I am also concerned that the hall management is repeatedly asking me to pay for or repair the damaged chair. The chairs were provided by the hall, so it is the management’s responsibility to ensure that they are safe and in proper condition before guests use them.
I kindly request you to stop asking me to bear the repair cost and take responsibility for inspecting and maintaining all chairs provided by the hall.
Please treat this matter seriously and take appropriate action to prevent such incidents from happening again.
