I drop off parcel on Saturday, but still not ship on Sunday. 2 days late shipment. By right, must be scan on the same day

Worst experience! I saw google is open until 9pm When I am here at 5:30pm already closed! Nobody inside! Waste my Grab fee and my time Next time if your open until 6pm please update at the Google When I stand here to wait my grab , already got around 3-4 people come and need to send the parcel! They all like me so disappointed ☹️

Highly recommended. Engage mover service from SG to MY door to door service.Price is reasonable and on time pick up and drop off.

If only got option to rate 0star! Totally unreliable company for jb to sg logistic. Being late is normal but excessively late and lying to customer is beyond acceptable. And please stop with your "made up". excuses, we are not new to these stuff, we've dealt with many logistic company before. Dont offer something you cant handle. To those looking for logistic from JB to SG, avoid this company at all cost!
