Great service; both the ladies who coordinated everything and the guys who came out to install were lovely and very helpful. The great price was the cherry on top! Now I have a beautiful shutter just in time to keep the summer heat out.

Initial installation went well, but for 6 retractable awnings we only got 2 winders (and 1 was only given to us because the tradesman had a spare that Lakeview hadn't supplied). It took 3 phone calls to get someone out to fix an issue. Workmanship is good, but customer service needs improving.

This is a terrific Australian-owned company to deal with. From initial call to onsite sales advice to installation, we couldn't be happier with our blind product. Heat and light spill issues have been resolved while providing a beautiful, aesthetic look and feel. Thank you so much!

We are so happy with our shutters, panel glides and an outdoor panel glide blind. Andrew did the quote and helped us to work out the best solutions for our windows and home. We felt confident with his choices and knowledge for our large windows and spaces. We were given a good price for a quality product .Our home looks great with all the new shutters and blinds . Almost three years since our fiasco with Lakeview but never before or since have I dealt with a business quite like it. Very fresh in my memory. Zero stars. Good to see the staff members giving such great reviews though!! Edit: Thanks for your response however from everything I am reading it's seems like not much has changed! After our nightmare with Lakeview, I dealt with two small family owned local businesses, one for blinds and one for shutters who were both fantastic!! They rectified all the issues and finally made our property available to rent out. No complaints from them about how hard they work or how tough their industry is either. I can't help but wonder how many more customers Lakeview has pursued through Belmont Local Court for full payment after failing to deliver on all fronts!!
