I had a great experience with Richard from Lakeside Softwash. He was professional, punctual, and VERY knowledgeable about the process (my husband and I had a bunch of questions 😂). My home looks noticeably cleaner (before and after pics attached). HIGHLY recommend their services!! Already booked our 2026 appointment.

Richard delivered on the entire process from start to finish. I did not know the difference between pressure washing and soft washing. Richard under promised and OVER DELIVERED!!! Highly recommend.

These guys have done my house twice, and now my fence! My place looks better than it did when we bought it!! They don’t miss when it comes to quality work and prices!! Was referred to Richard by a friend. He got me on the schedule the same week and was very professional and thorough with the details of the upcoming job. My house came out beautiful and took less than an hour. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

These people did a rush job front porch looks good all of the doors and three side porches and the black awning look terrible I have white film on my windows they reached out to me to help them drum up business 6 months after they had ripped me off that's when I decided to let them know I could not give them a good review and told them why they want to argue with me the guy named Richard is extremely rude wants to argue and took advantage of me they came to do a job on my neighbor's house and they had to come back because it wasn't done correctly either so I asked him to clean my awning for 50 bucks looks horrible I said oh go ahead and clean the house well they had another job to get to and they decided hey let's get another 250 bucks off this old lady I had water in my living room on my hardwood floors my kitchen was flooded did not realize this until after they had left I did do a brief look around and thought well maybe when it dries in a day or two it'll look better that was not the case bad business bad bad.

Lakeside Softwash did an outstanding job on my home. The results were better than expected, and the attention to detail really showed. Richard, the owner, is professional, courteous, and genuinely takes pride in his work. It’s rare to find someone who cares this much about quality. Highly recommended.

One of the better (if not the best) customer/business interactions I’ve ever had. It’s very rare these days to get a job done better than you expected, and for less than you expected to pay. Blown away. Knocked out the whole house in 45 minutes and it looks like brand new siding.
