Wow! Buying a new home and needed a new roof. Phil returned my call very quickly, was able to get up there very promptly and courteously emailed me the estimate in a very timely fashion so I could negotiate better with the sellers. I had a bunch of questions about how the whole process would go and Phil kindly and clearly answered every question either by phone or email. Phil and his team was super quick too - our first phone call was August 26th, and the morning of September 25th he and his team left my property after installing the roof and cleaning everything up really well. I don't have a clue how anything could have been better. I would heartily recommend Lakeside Roofing Solutions to anyone looking for prompt, effective, and reliable service.

Lakeside is incredible! We had a daunting task of wanting to completely gut our dining room, kitchen, and mud/laundry room with tearing down a load-bearing wall. Not only did they step up to the plate, but they knocked it out of the park! From the design team, to the project management, to the incredible carpenters, and every precisely coordinated plumber, electrician, HVAC, or painter, it was a masterpiece! I am attaching some of the older pics and the completed pictures.

From Justin who presents you the project and products to Eric who helps with communications with the product to the end results. I had my roof replaced right before Thanksgiving and they had it done in less than 2 days. Very thorough and clean. Those roofers work their buts off to do the job. Thanks for my new roof. Having the company look into doing a roof for my husband's roof in Chicago. I forgot got to mention- They are LOCAL!

Phil and his team installed a New Davinci roof system. The team was very professional and cleaned up daily so we never felt like we lived in a construction site. Highly recommend!

Lakeside Roofing Solutions tore off my roof on a 2 story house with attached garage, and replaced it with a new Atlas Roofing Tile/system within 5 hours. The professionalism and feedback during the quoting process and during the job was exceptional. The team of workers that came out really knew what they were doing and were a well oiled machine. A crane was used to get all roofing material from driveway (truck partially in road) to the roof apparently it had a long arm boom, impressive. The attention to detail by covering all landscape up and placing drop nets for any debris from the roof at least 10 feet away from house, again impressive. Even in the heat of day workers kept working, no slackers on that crew! I would recommend them to anyone needing or wanting to replace their roof, Thanks Phil and Team! The Roaches

Phil and his crew were so quick and got the job done within two days!! Start to finish. They cleaned up the mess very good and left nothing behind! The metal roof they installed for us looks amazing and we definitely would recommend them!! He was very quick to respond to me when no one else would and answered all of my questions when asked. I couldn’t believe they even came out and finished our roof on a Sunday!! great service.

We had such an awesome experience with Lakeside Renovations! Justin was our contact for setting everything up, getting quotes, etc. and he was awesome! He was so genuine and worked so hard to make sure we knew how everything would go and what the costs involved would be. Once the crew came out to do our roof, it was so seamless. The roof looks amazing and it took them less than 2 days to complete the job! They left our yard looking the same as before they came. We will recommend Lakeside to everyone and can't wait to use them in the future for other plans we have with our home!

A guy by the name of Evan Griffiths came to my doorstep several months ago promising me that because my insurance company wouldn't provide the monetary resources to fix or replace my roof that he and his company would file a lawsuit for me against my insurance company. He and his company never did and he never returned any of my calls. This company does a horrible job of communicating and I will not be recommending them to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about Lakeside Roofing Solutions! We had an emergency situation at my brother's house. His hallway ceiling was literally leaking all over the floor. Justin Mercado came out very quickly to inspect the roof and gave us an honest assessment of the situation, responded with a fair pricing estimate, and made a promise to help us through the process of getting a new roof.
