I’ve been coming here for the last couple of years - it is so friendly and welcoming here! The front desk staff take time to actually get to know you, and it’s always nice to see them and chat. The hygienists as well, super kind, supportive, and knowledgeable. It’s nice to get to know everyone personally, and the Brazilian hygienist is so sweet! Would definitely recommend coming here!

My family has been coming to Lakeside Dental for 2 years now, and we couldn’t be happier! Dr. Capretz is absolutely amazing — gentle, thorough, and so kind. Not once has my 4-year-old daughter shed a tear during her visits, which is a huge deal! In fact, my daughter is now inspired to become a dentist just like Dr. Capretz. The hygienists here are fantastic as well. They are skilled professionals who make sure you leave with sparkling clean teeth every time. The front desk staff are wonderful — not only do they send appointment reminders up to the day of your visit (which as busy parents, we really appreciate to never miss an appointment), but they also do an excellent job explaining every charge clearly. They make sure we know exactly what the insurance covers and what we need to pay out-of-pocket before we leave, so there are no surprises. Personally, I had dental trauma as a kid, so I used to be very anxious about going to the dentist. But thanks to Dr. Capretz, all that fear is gone. I truly trust her, and she always makes me feel at ease. Not to mention, she has done an incredible job taking care of my teeth — no more cavities and my wisdom teeth have been successfully removed. I can’t thank her enough. I’ve recommended Lakeside Dental to all my friends, and many of them have switched to this clinic and thanked me for the referral, especially since some had bad experiences elsewhere. Overall, Lakeside Dental is the best dental clinic we’ve ever been to. Finding a great clinic with such a caring team is so rare, and we’re definitely sticking with them for years to come!
