Kelly and his team at Lakeside Custom Pools were absolutely awesome, from start to finish. We had an ASR pool (concrete cancer) that required a complete demo and new pool build. At the beginning the project seemed extremely daunting, but Kelly, Ryan, and Lauren made it as easy as possible. Since this was (unfortunately) our second pool build, I was able to compare our first experience with this one, and Lakeside's quality of construction was vastly superior to our previous build. From the demo, to the design, to the build, they were engaged and involved. My job requires me to be gone quite often, and not once did I worry about the work being done at my home. His contractors were professional, courteous, and respectful of my property. The very few concerns or issues were addressed immediately. And the final results are stunning. Swimming in our pool as the summer closes out has been immensely enjoyable. If you are considering a pool build, Lakeside Custom Pools has my highest recommendation. I’d give them 6 stars if I could. My wife and I started a project to cover a patio adjacent to our pool and add an outdoor fireplace with another builder. It soon became apparent that we had made a bad choice in terms of contractors, so we decided to look for a different partner. Lakeside Custom Pools to the rescue. They stepped in (fortunately, we were still in the permitting process) and did a great job, delivering results that we absolutely love. They dealt with permitting and inspections. They handled framing, roofing, gutters, and masonry. They found and installed travertine to match our existing patio flooring. They hung ceiling fans and a TV. Their finish work, staining and painting was excellent. And, they kept us informed throughout the process. Their crew was professional and courteous. We highly recommend them. We look forward to enjoying our new space for years to come.

We did a ton of research, met with multiple builders, and could not have made a better choice than Lakeside Custom. Kelly, Ryan, and Lauren are absolutely amazing and they are personally with you, day in and day out, every step of the way. They do not just hand you off to a contracted crew once you sign. They are also just great people and fun to work with. They are the same way with their carefully chosen crews that were all so nice and respectful any time they were at our house. Of all the groups we talked to, they were the only ones with completely transparent, up front prices, line item by line item during the mock-up phase before you sign. They actually listened and stuck exactly to our budget and helped us find ways to stay within our means but still make everything beautiful. And they stick with those prices from beginning to end. Zero hidden charges or additional unexpected costs. They finished faster than predicted, exactly on budget, and everything came out even more amazing than we imagined from the mock up. Do your research! There is a reason they have all 5 star reviews for years compared to other builders, especially the big groups. Cannot thank them enough for such a fantastic experience!!

However, Lakeside Custom Pools turned this nightmare into a dream come true! The entire process, from demolition to reconstruction, was an absolute joy. We especially adore the new wavy tiles around the walls and the mesmerizing water sheer with lights. The pool was sealed with protective layers, ensuring we won't face similar issues in the future. Kelly, Lauren & Ryan and truly amazing! We had to demo & rebuild our pool due to ASR/Cement cancer from another pool contractor. From the start the communication and service was first class. The entire team was professional and easy to work with. I'm in construction too and appreciate each crew picked up at the end of the day and showed up on time. The attention to detail was fantastic! They go above and beyond to ensure the pool equipment selected will last and is protected during the winter months, something we didn't think of. Our kids love the color changing LED lights and our dogs enjoy the bubblers and deck fountains. We are beyond impressed with Lakeside Custom Pools and highly recommend them.

As an engineer who built my own home and has worked with many contractors over the years, I can confidently say this team was top-notch.
