We had 3 separate leaks, with associated mold and mildew issues when we moved in. Lakeshore went above and beyond to take us from camping out in our own house without a working bathroom to being excited about the new house again. They did an amazing job restoring the backsplash we had to cut into, matching the paint and grout. The whole team really cared about the work they did, leaving the woodwork they removed and replaced in great shape. The mason even told his boss he had to come back another day because the mortar color was a but off. Gorgeous work and it made us so happy.

Lakeshore Restoration cleaned the air ducts at my Airbnb and rental property. They came in were super efficient and did the job. My whole house smells better and the quality of the air seems better. I would definitely hire them in the future to do more work for me. Thank you guys for taking the time to do a great job on my home.

I recently had water damage in my basement that caused mold issues. I was devastated!! I would highly recommend Lakeshore Restoration to anyone for mold remediation. They assessed the area, made a plan and removed all the yucky drywall. I was so impressed!! Everything got cleaned up so nicely and sanitized. Basements and SO MUCH MORE... On Friday, June 20, 2025, the crew at Lakeshore Restoration, LLC did a great job once again. They were called in to fix a funky dormer and the day after we signed the contract they were on the job. Great service, very reasonable price, and quick turnaround. Thanks, folks! Previous review: In February 2023, we experienced a severe flood in our basement while we were out of town. The team at Lakeshore Restoration, LLC immediately answered our request for help. Their efforts put our basement back into a dry, safe environment in quick order. We were provided detailed proposals of the work that was to be done. Time frames were clearly communicated and successfully reached. Additionally, with each phase of the restoration, photos of the work once completed were sent. They were quick to respond, professional, and provided excellent communication of the process. Knowing that they were on top of everything was incredibly reassuring. Our experience with them was great and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I don’t have enough space to write all the good things I have to say about Rigo and his crew. Good people. Good workmanship with heart. Rigo and his team are timely and professional. Very easy to communicate with. Almost always answer when I called, and if they didn’t, they returned the call quickly. They did nice work and left the place neat. Price was very reasonable.
