Lakeland Square Laundry 2

Lakeland Square 2 is by far the cleanest and most convenient laundromat yet. The prices are a little higher than I'd like, but you get what you pay for. It's super clean, quiet, and you don't have to wait in line to use any of the machines. Plus, if you are a really busy person, they offer to do your laundry, with thesaurus laundry drop off service. $2/lb.

Always does such a good job and neatly hangs and bags all my laundry. I come in with big orders - 100-300 lbs and they always get it done very quickly

Hi! I really hate to leave negative reviews because I usually just let things go, but after my visit tonight I felt like I needed to speak up. I came to the laundromat after a long day of work and school to wash my family’s clothes. I only had about two loads and used my usual washer in the middle — the one that holds up to three loads. I’ve worked at a laundromat before, so I’m very careful not to overload machines. The clothes had plenty of room to move and tumble. When I started the washer, the water pressure was extremely low. I went to speak with the attendant, an older tall woman, and she told me there was nothing she could do because I had “stuffed the washer.” I knew that wasn’t true, and I tried to explain that the clothes were rotating just fine. There was no acknowledgment or validation of my concern — just a quick dismissal. Later, during the rinse cycle, the water pressure suddenly picked up on its own and worked the way it normally should. I am only writing this because I truly love this laundromat. I’ve always had great experiences, and the daytime ladies have always been kind, helpful, and quick to assist. Tonight was the first time I felt uncomfortable and ignored. I wasn’t rude, I never asked for a refund — I simply asked if there was a way to add more water or help the machine wash properly. Unfortunately, after how I was treated, I don’t feel comfortable coming back. I want to be able to express a concern without feeling dismissed or talked down to. It’s disappointing because this has always been my go-to place, but I will be taking my business elsewhere. Hopefully, one day I will be able to return!

This is the first time I've been in a laundromat in over 20 years. It is clean well-kept and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The best part; there is an app that let's see you pay at your convenience. No Quarters needed! They offer drop off service as well.

I’m a truck driver and have been too MANY laundromats and this has been by far the cleanest! It was very convenient for me for it to be open late because I have to stop when I see one in the area I’m in and I have time. For me to go in at almost midnight to get my laundry done was great. It’s not open super late but just late enough for others in my position. The girl on staff stayed busy doing something at all times and she was very friendly and helpful. She was eager to help with anything and had answers to all my questions. She kept the floors clean and the clothing carts/buggies very organized. She wiped down every machine top to bottom! I don’t come to town much but this will be the only place I use in the future when in town and I will recommend this place to my fellow drivers when they are local!

Very good, the prices are right and they're very fast with the turnaround of deluxe size rugs and comforters. P.S. they're open late. Bonus!

Great visit this afternoon while on a road trip. Clean machines. Attendant was friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive. My clothes came out great. My blacks didn't come out with any weird stains like they do at some laundromats. Restroom available for customers. Free wifi. And they had the AC going on hot day. Couldn't have asked for a better visit. Thank you!

Preparing to go on a trip our washer broke, and we had a lot of laundry that needed to be done and this laundry mat saved the day! They have late hours, which made perfect timing for me, as it was 8:30 when I began our laundry adventure. The facility was kept clean and machines in good working order. (Bathroom needed a little attention though) The attendee on staff was kind and helpful, not only to me, but others as well. She was attentive to the needs of her patrons. This facility also has SUPER SIZE loaders which was a plus!

Average laundromat with "glitchy" machines, but they do work! There is a person on staff to assist. Also a dry cleaner and that takes up 1/2 of the small store. "Run-A-Way Bill" was here! #RunAwayBill #DUSA2017 09.17.17

The staff was extremely helpful, the facility is clean, the machines are in amazing condition, and there is plenty of counter space.
