Excellent, responsive, courteous, careful and efficient tree trimming. Newton responded to my inquiry quickly, came and did an in-person appraisal, provided a complete estimate, and got the job scheduled with a short turn-around. Crew was polite and friendly, got right to the jobs at hand, and were respectful of our property at all times. Good safety precautions were in place and crew always re-checked before removing items to be cut. Preplanned cuts were clean and safely managed, all cut limbs were chipped and hauled way, and debris around tree bases was cleared with the area around looking like they had never been there! Highly recommend - nice, respectful guys and excellent work!

Top notch! Started with a quick response back from Newton to my VM. He was at my place within 25 minutes. Very personable and instilled confidence. Nicely detailed estimate with options for us to consider. Newton and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would, and go to it! Love the way they all worked together and had fun too while they were at it! They took all the precautions for safety and against any potential damage to the house, as the tree was in very close proximity to the house. I intend to have them back for other jobs! Lake Tree Service is an outstanding tree service .. let me tell you why. From the initial quote (that beat our previous tree service provider) to scheduling to paying deposit, everything was smooth. They showed up on time, ready to go as promised. Upon arrival, they brought quite the crew. Everyone was courteous, safe and went above and beyond to communicate avoiding disruption & negative impact. Shout out to the crane operator maneuvering between power lines & structures (see video)! We had a total of 10 trees removed. While I miss the trees & shade, they were simply causing too many problems & had to go. Neuton & Alfredo developed an effective & efficient plan and it clearly showed! Between equipment used, the amount of individuals and time put in, the process was truly flawless. Unfortunately, we had to take a large portion of the fence down to get the job done but the portion that was left standing was untouched and free of any damage along with anything else in the landscape! They went out with a bang and cleaned up the entire property!!! There is literally nothing that could have been improved. My best advice, get a quote from Neuton at the very least!

Had an emergency with our mature maple tree. A major branch split and hanging over our garage. I got their phone number from a friend. Spoke with Newton and he was fantastic! They came over early afternoon to help us. They did an awesome job cutting the huge branch and cleaning everything up after they were done. I am highly recommending them for any tree service you may need. Thank you guys!

I had a 2 massive 100+ year old oak trees removed from my property after wind and insect damage. Newton, Alfredo and their team did an incredible job. Unbelievable. Had a tree fall. Called them at 7:15am. They arrived at 8:30 the same morning. Left at 9:15. It’s as if the tree never fell. I was so grateful for the quick response as waking up to a fallen tree in your home is a little unsettling. Thank you Newton and team for your support and service. Truly unbelievable in a time of crisis. Great team and great company.

Full stop, you don’t need to research any other tree services. Call Newton. Tornadoes in Michigan, who would’ve thought?! We walked into our cabin for a relaxing Memorial Day weekend and found a tree plunged through our standing seam metal roof. I called around 9:15am. By 11:30am there was a full crane rig, a wood chopping rig, and a utility truck in my driveway. Within a half hour, they had cut the tree from the inside without damaging anything else in the room, and crane lifted the rest of tree from top of the roof. They helped us lift and screw plywood and apply temporary flashing tape over the opening since we knew a roofer wouldn’t be giving the same timely service. That plywood? That’s roofing work. Definitely not tree service work. No questions, no problem. Newton and his crew took care of it quickly and with a smile. Within a total of 2hrs they had removed the tree entirely, attached plywood to the opening, chopped up the branches, and cleaned up the yard of stray twigs and branches. Did I mention it was MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND?! Highly recommend these guys. They are professionals.

Excellent service and very reasonable prices! Lake Tree Service came the day after a storm caused a large tree to fall. Estimate was given, and the work crew came in a couple of hours to clean up small limbs and branches. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to wait several months before a crane could come remove the rest of the tree. Lake Tree Service was very easy to work with, provided all the documentation for insurance, and sent us pictures of their work since we were out of town. We highly recommend this company to anyone in the Saugatuck/Douglas/Fennville area.
