Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They were super accommodating with scheduling when I ended up being early for our appointment. They didn't have the specific med we usually get for our dog so we ordered it online and the prescription was approved within 24 hours.

I absolutely love the staff at LSAH! They’ve always been honest in my pets care and the treatments/testing needed. Not overselling care or medicine. You all truly care about our pets as if they were your own. I’ve trusted my pets with you for nearly a decade now. I was struggling with getting answers about my dogs allergies and Dr. Renee was a customer of mine and would tell me what to ask to have my previous vet do and make sure they didn’t do when they were not making progress. Finally she said “Just come see me!” because she was frustrated as I was with their treatments. I’ve never looked back. I’ve been with you since! I finally had answers and treatments that worked! Since then I’ve seen you for everything from routine care to cancer. It’s not always easy but I’ve always felt like we were a priority even tho you have thousands of patients. I always recommend you to anyone looking for more than a vet but a family. We also see Dr. Koppa. She is so knowledgeable and is happy to take the time to make sure you understand. Dr Koppa & the team has taken care of all our pets for the past 8 years. They are reliable & extremely caring. We had a Newfie/Pyr Puppy that had some issues before his second birthday. We did X-Rays first because it was the best & cheapest option before Catscan/MRI etc. They will always let you make the decision to have them or not. I do suggest you get X-rays while you are there. The results were devastating & they found he has Osteosarcoma/ Bone Cancer. This is not uncommon in these large breeds. So we took him on a short vacation to the Beach, then called Lake Stevens animal hospital to arrange a last minute Euthanasia. Our Pups pain was too much. The squeezed us in and we said goodbye to our buddy. We have 4 cats now & all have been seen by Dr. Koppa regularly. We are moving soon and are starting our required paperwork to get them ok’d to fly into Hawaii. All is going well and they are just waiting for us to find out the exact dates we are flying down with them. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring your animal in to see Dr Koppa as she is the nicest, most knowledgeable Veterinarian I know. She goes out of her way to accommodate you and your animal. I highly recommend Dr Koppa❤️❤️❤️

I just want to let you know that at a veterinary office when they are not corporate means that you're going to spend MORE money on just about everything from products to visits. One thing at this hospital if you board your dog here it will sit in an unconditioned kennel for 24hours of each day your paying for that visit. Your dog or cat will have some type of medical issue because that is how they do it here. When it comes to charging you for disposal of your animal , they're going to do things like dispose of your animal in the trash can rather than the way that they they do it at a better veterinary place such as Diamond veterinary hospitals Lake Stevens animal hospital staff claim the doctor here is crazy . The main money maker for them is that your visit to just see the Dr start at hundred bucks, they will ALWAYS prescribe medicine that will have your dog is cat hooked for the rest of they're life and your wallet will feel it. Stay away from here my experience here was so bad that my dog is traumatized from the receptionist Sheena who is very cold, she has a bad attitude and I can't believe that she is in the business of helping when she is very argumentative with clients. Lake Stevens animal hospital will always nickel-and-dime you for things that you don't need like fecal samples, why do you need to do that for your dog when you just spent hundred dollars on the visit. The hospital manager Cori, is very unprofessional, you can tell that no one here has professional training and they don't have very reliable medical methods, when I asked about cannabis oil treatment for my dog that has cancer, they said they would have to Report me to the authority for "DRUGGING" my animals, they on the other hand wrote her a prescription for a fentanyl patch, which costed me three hundred dollars on top of that they charged me another ninety six dollars to place the patch that fell off that night. Run, from here, they will take your money and kill your dog. I'm so sad that I let them near my animals.

We have loved the doctors and staff at this office since we moved here in the winter of 2024. They have taken great care of our kitties, and I appreciate that they also utilize a text line that makes some communications really easy to facilitate. My kitties, especially Luke, have been through a lot since we moved here, and the entire staff has always been compassionate and accommodating. I highly recommend them! They used to also be open on Friday & Saturday, but they recently changed their hours to only Monday - Thursday. I hope they will get the Friday & Saturday options back someday!

The staff is great. My Great Dane was neutered, vaccinated, and treated like a family member, with much care & love.

I had to make a tough decision to put my pet down. They gave me several options in the most professional way and made it as painless as possible. Thank you for your compassion and empathy.

I've been taking my dog here for several years now. The staff are wonderful- always taking extra time to explain things or make my nervous dog feel comfortable. They are easy to get ahold of for questions and appointment scheduling.

Chose them based on them many good reviews I read. They were easy to work with, prompt, and professional. I felt they provided great care to my dog as I navigated his health issues. I would recommend them to anyone looking vet service in the area.

This place is horrible, zero compassion for animals in my opinion. I was at their clinic, They had a doctor available But wouldn’t see my dog who had an infection in his paw because I didn’t have an appointment. If this was the only vet in the city, I would gladly drive 50 miles to go to another vet.
