Sebastian and his crew saved the day because the previous company I hired screwed the pooch. Sebastian came out and gave a quick quote and offered suggestions. The quote was reasonable and I felt confident that the work can be done in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend Lake County Handyman. I had him come over working on my front entrance door and entrance foyer. The door and its side grid needed some fixes and re-stained. The foyer also needed some fixes and repaint. Some wood parts were rotten. The owner came over, very knowledgeable, very nice and very professional. He gave me the estimate with reasonable price. Then we agreed on the terms, and scheduled the projects. He came on time, finished the jobs as promised and perfectly. No dragging, no extra charges. I am very satisfied.

Sebastian and his team just finished renovating our shower. It was a pleasure working with them. They did an excellent job. You will not find another contractor that is as honest, reliable and accommodating as Sebastian. We just finished a project with a different contractor over a year ago and we can tell you it is night and day. Sebastian gave us a fair estimate and actually stuck to it, upon completion with the work. He and his crew are pleasant and trust worthy. They take pride in their work. Sebastian actually cares that his customers are happy with the final product and want to build relationships with his customers. He has such a positive and kind demeanor. He is just a good human being. That makes it so easy for us to want to continue with him in future projects.

I contacted Sebastian about a kitchen sink cabinet repair and replacing the sink drain plumbing, replacing all the deck boards on a back porch as well as replacing about 12 custom-cut balusters. I had the quote the next day and we scheduled the work. He did not include materials in his quote so I checked material prices and, in the end, came close to what Sebastian charged. He finished the work over 3 days. His work is wonderfully meticulous. His carpentry skills are amazing. The custom-cut balusters are beautiful - each one carefully cut. Sebastian does really amazing work. He is congenial, attentive and easy to work with. Once we worked out the details, I trusted him to complete the job - which he did, beautifully. He even cleaned up so well, there were no scraps or wood chips lying about and not even any saw dust. I recommend him without reservation.

Sebastian and his crew did an interior ceiling repair and paint job. It was such a pleasure to work with them - they were punctual, very efficient, did an amazing quality job and were thorough and cleaned up great as well. The crew was very personable, cheerful and were very thoughtful too. Over the years, I have seen handymen who just do a job to be done with it, but very few actually are passionate about what they do and go above and beyond the call of duty. Sebastian and his crew were definitely the latter group that enjoyed what they were doing and took pride in their work. I would highly recommend them.

Sebastian his dad, and the other nice man, did a wonderful job on my tile in the bathroom. I love it. Very professional and reasonable too. I would highly recommend them!

We hired Sebastian from Lake County Handyman to tear down our old deck and build a slightly larger deck. He did a fantastic job and we highly recommend him. He is conscientious, honest, and does excellent work. He often sought out the city inspector to make sure the work he was doing was satisfactory, and he spent extra time with him to learn additional information. The inspector was just here for his final inspection (we passed!) and told me Sebastian had been a great guy to work with not only because he did quality work, but because he wanted to learn and accept more effective ways of doing things. Sebastian kept us informed and was always available for questions or concerns. And he is a pleasure to work with, always cheerful! We will definitely use him again when we have the opportunity.
