Lake Area Dentistry

I recently visited Oak Park Dental in Lake Charles. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which I truly appreciated. Customer service definitely was not the issue. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the office, particularly the lobby area. While waiting, I noticed dirty, darkened walls near the check-in desk and extremely dusty floors. The carpets looked like they hadn’t been lifted or deep-cleaned in a very long time, and the wood flooring appeared dull and unclean. The space is nicely decorated, but cleanliness should always be a top priority—especially in a dental office. When patients are waiting for dental procedures, hygiene and sanitation are naturally on their minds. If the lobby appears neglected, it makes you wonder about the cleanliness of the clinical areas where procedures are performed. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as a cleaner environment would greatly improve the overall experience

From the minute, you open the door of Dr. Hennigan‘s office in Lake Charles, Louisiana. You fine friendly employees from the front office to the back willing to help you in any way they can. I feel like Dr. Hennigan is family because he does over and beyond to help his clients. I know he has done that For me. Even though I have more teeth problem than most is always high and compassionate and understanding.

Highly recommended The Lake Area Dental here in LC!! I am not a patient and they saw me anyway. I broke a tooth last night and met Dr Price today and he took care of the new cap! Everyone one in the office were very pleasant! I am now going to be a regular patient.Thank you!

I am extremely pleased with my appointment. I didn't have to wait at all to be seen. The hygienist, Kaylee, was very thorough and efficient. Dr. Hennigan was caring and very professional. I'm also pleased that they were able to fit me in on this visit to make the impressions for the whitening treatment. Super happy dental membership plan. Very thankful that Lake Area Dentistry was recommended to me.

Front staff is welcoming and smiling faces. Hygienists are thorough, quick, and polite. They let me know their next steps so there are no confusions or surprises. This makes it easy to go to the dentist office. Great visits

Went to another dentist a couple of weeks prior and they told me i had to have my tooth pulled and there was no way around it, came to Lake Area and they filled the broken piece without having to pull my tooth. Super informative and friendly, would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a dentist. I can assure you I’ll be back for all of my dental work!

Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I have chronic illness alongside Sjgroens disease (severe dry mouth) so my teeth are not the best. The staff made me feel comfortable and showed so much compassion. Dusty & Alex worked hard to get me the care I need. Dr Price was amazing and had the best bedside manner. 10/10

All of the office personal were so helpful and friendly Dr Price and his assistant explained how he was going to fill and repair my tooth. They were kind and friendly and did a great job with very little pain! I WOULD HIGHLY-RECOMMEND THEM . THANKS !

Outstanding facility! Dr Hennigan shows much compassion and care of his patient. His work is superb, his staff very professional. I've referred others to Lake Area Dentistry many times and was saddened that they closed the office in Kinder.

I’ve had a few hiccups getting the Smile I wanted for quite a while before throwing in the towel I asked for a referral to see another Dentist /Oral Surgeon. I was optimistic that Lake Charles Dental could help me untangle the 5 year path I had been on with my teeth. I was NOT disappointed at all. The office staff, dental assistants were all very pleasant and knowledgeable. .Dr. Hennigan came in the room addressed every situation that I had going on top and bottom. He discussed several ideas with me, explaining each one to me very clearly. He has great options for every procedure I will need he asked if he could take some time to look over some things and put together a plan for each procedure with options and cost difference. I will go back next week to review a treatment plan with him. I’m very very happy that I chose to make an appointment for a consultation with him. He’s very clear in explaining things, l left the office confident that I made the right choice and every one of my many problems with my teeth will be resolved finally. 😊🌻
