We approached Lai Reno for our 3 room hdb renovation, which was a great experience overall. Kit was responsive and efficient in coordinating his team, and work schedule was communicated clearly. He did his best to give us suggestions and improvement based on our design idea. Their electricians, carpenters and glass team workmanship are really good and we are very happy with the final result.

Had a great experience working with Lai Contractor on our recent home renovation. We did two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a full repaint of the flat. Choon Wei was extremely helpful throughout — he gave us practical and honest advice that helped us save significantly on costs without compromising on quality. We engaged Lai Reno for demolition works and makeover of our old HDB bathrooms. Really thankful to be working with Charles. While largely a contractor company, Charles was able to provide insights on designs too. He is responsive and responsible.
