You need more space in your flat
You need a contractor if you want to tear down a wall, combine two rooms into one, or make structural changes within the HDB.
You need a demolition and hacking contractor to tell you whether you can legally hack down the wall. The contractor would know if it’s possible to dismantle doors, windows, and such without compromising the structure of the building.
You don’t need to renovate
You should look for a demolition contractor in Singapore when demolition is your only purpose. That is, you want someone to dismantle, hack, take out the dust and waste, and dispose of it all in the end.
You don’t need someone to build a new structure in its place. It is pure demolition work and there’s no renovation involved.
If there’s further building in the future, you should look for a renovation and demolition contractor instead of going for someone who specializes in only one aspect.
