(continuing from previous post)
● Remove any temporary fixtures that you added to the office. This should be the first step before you go on to removing any permanent work you have done.
● Following the temporary fixtures, make sure to remove electrical components. They need to go before you hack the premises. In addition, after you remove additional electrical components, remove any partitions, masonry and other partitions that you have added.
● After this removal, restore the original components. If you have done any plumbing remodeling, HVAC system work, safety fixtures and lights, they need to return to their original position and condition. Make sure you go over the floor plans and other diagrams if you get stuck at any place.
● If you have added any window blinds or curtains, de-install them and restore the original window treatment. Then remove any signages and branding elements before you tackle walls and floors.
● Paint the walls, ceilings, floors, and the rest of the office to their previous colours and conditions. If you have to restore tiles, floor finishing and so on, do them before moving on to painting.
● Make sure you also come up with a deadline for office reinstatement before you get started.
