Laguna Spa Dentistry (Now Welcoming Alicia Dental Patients)

Best dentist ive been to in a VERY long time. Chris the dental hygienist was very thorough and informative about my teeth cleaning. They went all out and did xrays and AI scans which was super easy and painless. Dr. Kluss was super nice and easy going. Had a few suggestions about implants for me. Build me a quote before I left. Love these guys. Will continue to come back and let my family know about them. Thanks guys!!

⚠️ Beware – Insurance Misrepresentation & $1,000 Still Not Refunded After 6+ Months I had been a loyal patient at Laguna Spa Dentistry for years. In August 2025, I was informed that the ownership had changed, but I decided to continue treatment because I trusted the office. After my exam, I was told they could treat my tooth, but their doctor was suddenly “out of network” with BOTH of my insurance plans. They instructed me to pay $1,000 upfront and assured me they would submit the claim to my insurance and that I would be reimbursed. It has now been more than SIX months of constant follow-ups. Each time, I am told there is an “open claim pending with insurance.” However, after personally contacting BOTH of my insurance companies multiple times, I was clearly informed there is NO pending claim and nothing holding up payment. Despite this, the office continues to delay and has not returned my money. This experience feels misleading and extremely unprofessional. Patients should not have to chase a dental office for months to recover their own money—especially when the insurance companies confirm there is no issue on their end. If you value transparency, clear communication, and ethical billing practices, think carefully before choosing this office. I regret trusting them after the ownership change.

They were very welcoming and helpful checking in and once started, extremely helpful and efficient. I’m very impressed with the staff and doctor!! Very knowledgeable and caring!!! I would highly recommend this place wholeheartedly and appreciate that such a fine organization is located near me!

Had my 6 month cleaning today and went to Alicia Dental's New location and renaming to Laguna Spa Dentistry. The experience was wonderful. I met Sam at the front desk as we had spoken a few times on the phone. Excellent customer service and quite professional. I was scheduled to see Chelsea and she was amazing. Friendly, thorough and professional. Chelsea did a great job and used many new technologies that were not experienced in the past. The new office is bright and the background music is upbeat. The equipment is State of the art and the staff are all very knowledgeable, experienced and skilled which is greatly appreciated. Dr. Kloss came in and performed a thorough check of my teeth and gums and made a few suggestions for gum care as did Chelsea. Many dental offices try to sell products and push services but not here. They offer suggestions and let you go on your way. They even gave me an information sheet on the other Dentist in the office, Dr. Hannah Balhorn and a gift. Highly recommended.

I have been a long time customer of this dental location but, unfortunately moved away from the area and now live about 40 miles away. Believe me when I say the drive is worth it!! The entire team is wonderful here. April at the front desk is extremely helpful and welcoming. Chelsea is my favorite dental hygienist. She really is the best, detailed and gentle. If you’re looking for reasonable pricing and outstanding service look no further! Very organized & efficient office, no high wait times.

Who likes going to the dentist? I had an excellent , positive dental experience. Everyone was helpful and I actually had a good experience. Who knew?

The procedure went so smoothly, yes j did have a lil panic attack but fortunately Dr. Hannah was able to calm me down and she was so nice, plus her assistant was so funny (I forgot her name). Im really happy with my experience that is the 1st time I ever had ANY procedure so I was very anxious 😌

It was a great experience from the start , April at the front office, to my exam with Dr. Kluss & Olivia and my thorough teeth cleaning with Chris! I would definitely recommend Dr. Kluss and his excellent staff!

I’ve always had a lot of dental anxiety, but coming to this office has completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. From the moment I walk in, the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. What truly makes the difference, though, is Chris, my dental hygienist—he is absolutely wonderful. He’s kind, gentle, and incredibly understanding, always taking the time to make sure I feel comfortable and at ease. It’s clear that Chris genuinely cares about his patients, and that makes all the difference. I’m so grateful to have found a place where I feel safe and well cared for during my appointments. Highly recommend!

I was told I could not come back because I did not schedule deep cleaning appointment UPSALE. I did like Dr. Kluss, I have to get a different dentist.
