I have limited experience with property management companies. I used Laguna for finding a tenant for my vacant 2 bedroom apartment in Lake Elsinore. Pros: 1. Found a qualified tenant fairly quickly. 2. Gave valid and reasonable suggestions to attract a tenant. 3. Accurately set my expectations and then met them. 4. Regularly provided unsolicited updates. Cons: 1. A lot of Docusign’s to document every interaction - even those in text.

So grateful for staff here at Laguna Property Management. It was a little chaotic for our family when we were looking for a rental. They helped us get settled quickly and handled all the nitty gritty. When an issues comes up, they are so quick to respond and just overall helpful. Issues are resolved fast!! Their communication is great!! I prefer to text and someone is always available.

I’ve been working with Laguna for over 5 + years now and they have done a great job making sure the right tenant is renting out my place, policies are followed, and play is taking care of.
